Coming into Arden Courts working a hospice nurse. It is very refreshing to witness the new management in the building with Michele (executive director and Kae (director of nursing). I have observed that all the staff truly care about their residents and they provide the best care. The staff treat their residents as if they were family. They provide dignity and support to each patient . I cannot recommend a place more highly. The facility is very nice and clean, and always very well maintained. I am honored to share my thoughts about Arden Courts. I am thrilled to be the familiar face weekly in the hair salon (I'm the hair stylist) that the residents (and their family members) have gotten to know. They are comfortable, enjoy their salon visit and after their appointment you can usually see them smiling, feeling refreshed and more beautiful! The staff is absolutely fantastic. Caregivers go above and beyond to assist and are always there for them. Kyra has done a phenomenal job with her tours and we've had many many new residents moved in and her expertise in the industry is far above most in this position Michelle, the Executive Director has done a fabulous job since she's joined Adren Courts. The residents are always busy doing something in the activity room: singing, exercise, current events, arts and crafts and the list goes on and on. We've got a wonderful group here at Arden Courts and I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful community.

Arden Ct is the 3rd memory care my mother has been at in the last 8 months. i wish we would of came here 1st. Everytime i come to visit her she's clean, feed and not lying in bed like the other facilities. The staff is so kind and helpful and out of the 15 mental health care facilities I've visited Arden Courts is by far the cleanest. Havn't slept so good in 4 yrs knowing my mother in safe and takin care of at Arden Court.

I visited the Arden 13 mile location looking for a new home for Mom. Kyra Jackman met with me and provided a tour. I was impressed with the building, philosophy and staff. Our family's intention was for Mom to live at Arden on 13 mile, however, family circumstances changed so we had to change locations. Without hesitation, Krya helped facilitate Mom's admission to the new location. The five star rating is based on my experience meeting with Kyra, their philosophy, initial meeting with staff and building design. As my Mom does not/did not actually live there, I cannot rate that experience.

My mom has been at Arden Courts just over 2 years now and has aged backwards in that time. She has Alzheimer's and used to walk with her head down and sit on the floor at her previous care home. Now she holds her head high, engages with other residents and joins in activities. The staff is amazing with the care they give and the place is nicely designed with an amazing wrap around courtyard that's enclosed so residents can go out there safely on their own. It is truly the best place around!

Arden Court of BINGHAM FARMS has been home to my Dad since Dec 2022. Since they ONLY do Memory Care, they knows the latest methods for handling Dad's mood swings & confusion. KAE is our RN Coordinator who is on top of her game; as Dad has deteriorated, she's coordinated his care level proportionately. RICK and CHELSEA have activities all day to keep Dad happy & active & are engaging to families too. MICHELLE, the new Director, is very experienced, has implemented policies to improve, has excellent communication with families and creates solutions. I highly recommend.

After searching many long-term assisted living facilities, I had a great feeling after I met Michelle, the Exec Dir, and toured the facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the layout of the facility. I also left with the feeling from Michelle and the staff that they have a passion for what they are doing. Arden Courts has a daily routine and activities that my mother loves. I love seeing my mother happy and engaging with other residents and staff members. She is receiving 24/7 care that she needs. It is a big relief knowing that my mother is happy and in good hands. The family night events, seminars and sharing among other families is very helpful and supportive.

The Arden Courts Family at Bingham Farms adopted my father five years ago when his own family could no longer keep him safe and independent. They not only gave my father the support he needed to live the most out of his life, they embraced each of my family members to help us share in some of the most intimate moments of my fathers remaining days. We are eternally grateful and blessed by all of Arden Courts efforts to give us the gift of time! So many of these efforts may have gone unspoken or even unnoticed but they dont go unrecognized!! I have been a Home Care Podiatrist for over 30 years, and I cannot remember the last time I was as impressed with a senior care facility as I am with Arden Courts of Bingham Farms. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone seeking a memory care placement for a loved one. The staff at Arden Courts of Bingham Farms treats each resident with respect and dignity, as well as, creating an environment of welcoming and warmth. The rooms at the residence are spotless and inviting and filled with natural light. The food is delicious! I am extremely thankful for the professional, skilled and compassionate care my Dad received at Arden Courts. My Dad was at a memory care, although beautiful and appeared lovely, the facility was inexperienced and unable to care for my Dad with end stage Alzheimers. When I met with Laurie, Heather and Danielle, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. They reassured me that they would be able to handle any challenges my Dad was having. Our experience with Arden Courts was extremely positive. We brought our father here from a facility in Kentucky that was horrible. I wont elaborate, but suffice it to say that Arden Courts brought tears to our eyes when we saw the genuine care and concern that the staff demonstrated when caring for our family member. I do not agree with another reviewer who felt there was an insufficient number of caregivers. We regularly saw staff members holding hands with residents while gently guiding them through the facility for meals or events. There are regular activities to engage residents in memory exercises through song and other things that trigger memories (like old radio and TV advertisements). The staff motivated our father to remain active. In fact, he was unable to move from a single position at the old facility in Kentucky, but in short order was moving himself around the Arden Courts facility after receiving support through exercise, etc. We attended several holiday-themed events that the residents all seemed to enjoy. I cant say enough positive things about Arden Courts, especially after seeing the other side of this industry where companies are focused exclusively on profit. When it was time to place him in hospice care, it was very easy to do so with Heartland, the organization that has an ongoing relationship with Arden Courts. Our fathers last days were comfortable, and the Arden Courts staff were extremely supportive of our needs as he moved on from this world. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Deborah.
