We did a Birds of Prey Program at Big Rapids Fields Assisted Living and Memory care yesterday. This is easily one of the cleanest facilities I've seen in a long time. The staff was friendly, and very attentive to their patients. We look forward to visiting again soon.

It doesn't come easy making the choice to move a loved one in to assisted living, there is resistance and heartache. Big Rapids Fields made the process seamless and easy. We were welcomed with open arms, care, and treated like family from the beginning. The admissions team and staff work together caring for residents making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. The staff encourage the residents to be independent as much as possible while offering a helping hand when needed. They welcome all family to come in and take part with their loved ones and activities. Each resident has their own temperature controlled suite/apartment and are given a call button for assistance.

I do not have a family member here as a resident but I know several of the staff members personally and can attest to their passion for this work. They care immensely for their residents, making sure they are not only well cared for but have life-enriching activities and experiences. They even have a certified Grief Doula on staff that can help families through loss. This facility absolutley would be my go-to for assisted living care for my loved ones.

The decision to seek assistance for a loved one is hard. The incredible staff working the Big Rapids Fields Memory Care Unit were astoundingly compassionate in caring for our father with Dementia. The facility was clean, the meals were cooked on site with many fresh ingredients, and the many activities provided and encouraged socializing and community between guests and staff. The management were amazing at communicating with our family and genuinely cared enough to make sure they knew our father's preferences and history to ensure he felt at home. When management felt dad qualified for hospice care, they assisted us in making the arrangements; we had a team of caring providers. I am forever grateful we have this beautiful facility right here in our community.

I recently started working inside their salon facility as an independent contractor. So I have been able to witness cleanliness, staff, patient/guest care, and the meals. This is by far one of the best facilities I have witnessed. They're priority is their guests and not anything else. Impressed is an understatement.

This is hands down the best job I have ever had. Very rewarding giving back to our elders who have given so much to us. I look forward to walking in the door each day and seeing our residents. Our care staff is extremely hard working and attentive to our residents needs. We work together as a team to make sure our residents are safe and happy.

What an amazing company to not only once be employed there but to see the dedication from all employees and Kenda to make residents feel at much as at home and comfortable as they can.
