Quinn & Caden are top notch when it comes to patience and care. I live out of state and while here for a visit, I noticed how hard they work but also the thoughtfulness of care provided to my loved one is unparalleled! It's true that it is the people that create a very special community. So grateful for their service. I just hope the company (symphony tri-cities) recognizes Quinn & Caden's impact on the people they care for. Thank you Quinn & Caden for taking wonderful care of Jim.

I was so scared leaving my dad at an assisted living facility. I have heard so many terrible things. Here at Symphony, we have met some amazing, caring people. They care for him as if he is their own parent or grandparent. The food is pretty darn good too! Plus, if physical therapy is needed, they have a PT gym on premises! I definitely recommend anyone to check out Symphony if you are in need of care for your loved one. They having skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living!

I've been to the facility at various times over the past three years since my family member has been a resident, and I find it is always clean and the staff I've encountered have always been courteous. Even the residents I've passed by, seemed nice and always spoke and gave smiles. A positive environment is essential to a quality, healthy state of being. Thanks for being there for this who need you most, Symphony Tri-Cities.

I just visited my father, who is recovering from knee surgery. In the few hours I was at the facility it was clean, and every single person I encountered was smiling and friendly. His call light was answered with lightning fast speed, his medications were administered timely, his therapy is going very well. I work in a nursing home on the west side of the state so my standards are quite high, and I could not be more pleased with the care he is receiving. Thank you for helping my dad regain the independence he won't take for granted again.

My mom was an emergency transfer there recently after a fall at another facility. The drastic change in environment from the other facility was a welcomed sight and I enjoyed visiting with her and the staff there who were not only kind to me, but also my kids. When it came time for my mom to move somewhere else, they continued to help me advocate for her going above and beyond any other facility we've dealt with. While I'm sad her time there was shorter than any of us anticipated it was nice to have people come alongside me and advocate for her just as hard as I was. They gave me my mom back and I will forever be grateful for Julie and Sarah stepping in when we needed them

This will be long but if you really want the best care for your loved one this will be worth your reading. I can't say enough about the care my dad received here. If he or I needed anything for him, it was done. Before my dad went in here, he was hospitalized and was removed, literally, before I felt he was even close to having to be. So, I was extremely worried he wouldn't succeed in a skilled nursing facility. Well, I was very wrong. I could leave there at night and be completely comfortable he was in good hands. People do need to realize going into any facility, there isn't a nurse for each patient. They are spread very thin, not their fault. It's always corporate. These nurses here are constantly busy and doing their jobs and truly really care for their patients, better than the hospitals. Everyone there, I mean nurses, aides, therapists, maintenance, front desk, managers, cooks, we're ALL very kind and considerate. He had to be hospitalized again, not their fault, and I went right back there afterward. He was there on and off for 2 months, and no complaints. 5 stars all the way around the board!! Thank you Symphonies for all your loving care!!

Mom was left in bed to basically deteriorate more. They wouldn't even get her up to use the bathroom. This was in their rehabilitation unit. She ended up getting a bloodclot. Pulled mom out and she is doing much better and healing. I don't recommend this place.

Unfortunately I have heart problems. But fortunately, I was lucky enough to find Symphony Tri-Cities (formerly Caretel) rehab center to get rehab. I recommend Symphony near SVSU 100%! Not one person who works there does not have your health and welfare in mind. Kindness is their hallmark! They attention they provide is excellent and the nurses are very knowledgeable, the CNAs are so helpful. Their private rooms are like living in a 5 star hotel! Be kind to yourself, and if you need rehab, go there! A special thank you to Sunshine and the rehab department- they are phenomenal.

I feel my sister is getting excellent care and the staff treats her extremely well. Her caregivers are always friendly and kind Chris and Nan and the PT staff jas beem amazing and my sister's progress is amazing I have been there many times at mealtime and sometimes it has been disappointing. I hear many complaints about what is served at times fot the other clients. An example is not serving fresh fruit but instead canned fruit cocktail. I feel good meals could lighten the spirits of many of the clients. In all other areas I feel Symphony is an excellent place and the complete staff is wonferful@@

I have worked at Symphony Tri-Cities aka Caretel Inns of Tri-Cities for almost 2 yrs as the daytime receptionist and I absolutely love it!!! Everyone works extremely hard to make things run smooth. Diane McGourty, GM is wonderful at her job, treats people fair and wouldn't ask you to do something that she wouldn't do. She's always there to help. Thank you to all the Managers, Office, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Guest Assts., Maintenance, Kitchen, Activities and Therapy for all you do 24/7 including holidays, weekends, and the days you miss with your family functions to do your job. Even though your not told everyday we do appreciate every one of you. Our residents do come first and it shows! Thank you! I'm proud to say I work at Symphony Tri-Cities.

Before coming to Symphony, we literally had to rescue my father from another nursing facility. We were really nervous about bringing him to another. But the staff at Symphony has been wonderful to him and to us. They actually show they care. Dad likes the room better and the food better. Putting a family member in a nursing home is traumatic enough, but the Symphony staff has really made the extra effort to help my Dad and our family get through this.

I had my hip replaced in December and was scared to death about the after but was sent here to heal and get back on my feet. I was so impressed and treated so well I almost didn't want to go home. Thank you to Mackenzie Bickham and Nathan Smirh for being amazing employees and going out of your way to make my stay very easy, rewarding and memorable!! I have recommended Caretel Inns to my surgeon and to others. I believe this facility is the reason I am back on my feet and doing so well today. Thank you again to everyone there!!
June 2019
I had knee surgery in December, 2018 & expected to return home, but needed to go to rehab. Thank God I picked this facility! Not only is it decorated beautifully, but everyone gets their own room. The nurses & CENA'S were very kind, efficient & hardworking. Medication ALWAYS came on time. Staff appeared to really enjoy their jobs. The food was absolutely delicious! The physical therapy department is exceptional! Staff in that department are very friendly, upbeat and encouraging! I never would be as far along with my knee if I hadn't gone there. You work hard during physical therapy but in the end, it is so worth it! My only suggestion would be to try & have more staff working in the morning. CENA'S are very busy trying to meet everyone's needs (helping clients get out of bed, dressed, showers, taking clients down to breakfast, delivering breakfast trays to rooms, answering call buttons, etc.). When I first arrived there, I couldn't do anything for myself with my bad knee & don't know what I would have done without the help of the CENA'S. If I ever need to go back to rehab, this is where I would go.

My dad broke his leg in the MICHIGAN ICE STORM, and the staff did an outstanding job getting my dad back home and onto his feet! the Physical Therapy group is first rate and the staff went way above and beyond what is expected. Thank you for the efforts and helping my Dad

This is a beautiful facility, with a really great staff. I spent 3 weeks there in Fall 2018. Food is very good. Convenient location with easy access.Therapy staff is young, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Caretel Inns of the Tri Cities. My mother has been at Turner Hall a few times for rehab, after being released from the hospital. The PT got her moving and walking in a timely matter. Most recent she is in the Memory Care. The R.N. and her staff are very caring individuals. They treat her with the utmost respect, like they would a member of there own family. Oh, and the food is very good. I've eaten there many times.

I have been employed for over 7 years. I love my job. Over the years I have developed and maintained many relationships, from staff and family. The pay is great and when things come up, I'm able to pick up extra hours. Despite the fact i work a lot of hours by choice, I have always been able to attend any special event for my kids over the years. I've worked at other facilities and Caretel is very clean and professional. Over years I've noticed that the workers are very aware of residence and their needs. I have always felt appreciated and received positive feedback for the work I do from my boss and upper management! I would recommend anyone to bring family members to live or for rehab. And i strongly encourage anyone seeking employment to come join our team! - Whisper Belvin
August 2018
I was employed by the company for 1 1/2 years. I enjoyed my entire experience at Caretel. The staff are quick, knowledgable, and very caring. The DAL is very quick about noticing changes in the guests and monitoring/finding a diagnosis quickly. It's like being right at home.
July 2018
I've been an employee at Caretel for over 8 years. I love taking care of the guest and getting to know their family members. I want each guest to feel 'special' and that i'm available if they need anything. I like the multiple tasks I'm responsible for everyday...it makes the day go by fast. I enjoy the beautiful building that makes me feel like home. I appreciate having a boss that I can approach not only about work related matters, but she truly cares about us workers. The food is fabulous with special homemade soups and desserts. I would recommend people to work here if your compassionate, hard-working, and motivated.
May 2018
On behalf of my family, I express our sincerest thanks and grateful appreciation to the staff in both rehab and assisted living facilities at Caretel Inn of Tri-Cities. Our aunt called Caretel her home for nearly 3 years and was treated with dignity and respect. The staff is dedicated, thoughtful and hardworking. If anyone is in the process of helping a loved one who has increased care needs, we suggest for you to stop by for a visit. It really is a place to "call home" .
April 2018
I have worked at many assisted living/ rehab facilities and Caretel Inn of tri cities is by far the best place I have worked and care for it's residents. I have been with this company since January 2018. I worked both departments as a CNA in the Rehab department ad a Guest Assistant in the Assisted living memory care department. The staffing work really well together and treat our guest like family. I would recommend Caretel Inn as a place for my family.

My Father spent two weeks at this facility for skilled rehab then changed to assisted living. Caretel has a warm homey feel to it and is clean bright and colorful, well decorated and very well run. My dad was very picky about his food. With the exception of a few menu items he was very please with his meals. They were well balanced with nice size portions and always included fresh fruit. While he was in therapy, he was walking and doing most of the exercises the staff wanted him to do. The staff was there guiding him through the correct process and encouraging him to try a few reps. In the few weeks of therapy he improved his strength quit a lot. The nurses and nursing assistants were well trained, caring and treated us like we were all part of the same family. My dad got to know each of them and had little pet names for each one. Some he liked more than others but he was treated extremely well by everyone. They were interested in getting to know us as well as my father. The staff took time to discuss concerns and develop a solution to our concerns. My father eventually passed away. The staff was as upset as us if not more. They always had wonderful comments and stories of the days events and on several occasions we would have a good laugh about the days activities. I would not think twice about putting someone in their care. I would highly recommend Caretel Inns to anyone seeking rehab or skilled nursing, or both. The only concern my brother and I had was we felt they could have a few additional staff on each shift. Sometimes the nurses and assistants were swamped and had a hard time keeping up. Thank you Caretel for everything!! Paul and Jack Phillips
