My loved one has been at Brookdale Bay City for a year now. He has dementia. The staff at the memory care center are very professional and caring. It's not uncommon to see them hugging the residents and making sure their needs are met. The staff go above and beyond to keep their residents happy. I visit unannounced regularly and have NEVER seen any staff not taking great care of the residents. I would highly recommend them for caring for your loved one.
