Before thinking about sending your loved ones here, do a thorough investigation. Check reviews, talk to a MDHHS professional and have them tour with you. Make note of literally everything. Pay close attention to the pitch they give on why you should choose Charter Senior Living. I can promise you not a single spirit has been or will be enhanced. The "amenities" are a bold face li. Looks good on paper, sounds good, but a complete scam. Your loved ones will most definitely be mistreated, they will have zero quality of life. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.

I love the atmosphere of charter senior living. I love how all of the employees work together as a team & get things done! I’ve worked at a couple different assisted living homes & charter has the most understanding management team you could ask for. I’m hoping to stay with the company until I retire (which will be quite awhile)

I am fortunate to work closely with the staff of this facility. I have personally witnessed the staff interact with the residents of this community. They are loving and deeply care for the people they serve. Andrea and Sondra also put the needs of the residents first and foremost and make this community everything it is. I have watched the transition to a place that staff enjoy working at as well. I personally recommend this as a place that you would want your family member to call home.

Our mother has been a resident of Charter for close to 6 months and we feel mom is well liked by many caring staff members. She enjoys the activities such as bingo and bus outings. It’s a comfortable, clean atmosphere with inviting surroundings. Sondra, the executive director is so pleasant and very helpful with any questions you may have.

As a therapy agency providing OT/PT/ST services to the residents of Charter, I have been impressed with the level of receptivity and professionalism from everyone. From the administrative staff to the caregivers, the house keeping team to the maintenance team. Everyone is approachable and easy to work with. It is clear that the best interest of each resident is a top priority here.

My family and I cannot thank the staff at Charter Senior Living enough for the amazing care they provided my Grandpa over the past 14 months! The staff not only cares for the residents but also the family, treating you with a smile as you walk in, some small talk when there, and a sincere goodbye as you leave. The passion that is displayed as they provide care is simply amazing! Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Went to see an old friend there. This place is beautiful. Very clean. The residents rooms are cozy comfortable and very personal. You can bring your own furniture to help them adjust. Staff was polite, and very friendly.

I must admit that when I first went to see the Hampton Manor as a place for my Mom, I had my doubts. When I got there and took a tour, it was the perfect fit for my Mom. She has no more (or little) stress because she is taken care of. She has her own privacy when that is what she wants or there are beautiful seating areas and two dining rooms that are so beautiful. I no longer worry about my Mom being alone. Every staff member has been so kind and so good at their jobs. IT HAS BEEN THE BEST of a tough decision that my family had to make. Would and have recommended it to others.

I have been with Hampton manor since they opened and I cant think of a better place to work. I love taking care of our residents and making them happy every day! I also feel very lucky to work for a management team that is open to supporting our team and taking our ideas and suggestions.

Hampton Manor a wonderful caring feels like home the workers care so much . My uncle lives there he is my mothers twin she passed away 1999 . I know if she was alive she would want to live there also and be just as happy as my uncle is today

Yesterday my dads computer went down, and Sam, Bill, and Hailey all worked above and beyond to correct the problem. This seems to be standard practice for Hampton Manor, and Im so thankful that my dad is residing there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a superior assisted living facility!
