Atria Park is truly amazing! The staff is attentive and plentiful, and friendly. 🙂 Our loved one feels very secure and comfortable. The caring staff listens carefully to her concerns and helps find solutions. And, when I am visiting, they will update me and make sure we are satisfied. I’ve also noticed they will communicate with other staff members, to ensure excellent care. Variety of activities abound, with a vibrant recreational area and an engaging staff. The food is top notch, and you can meet the chef in person. The food servers will come and take orders in person, which has been truly appreciated. In the Ann Arbor area, Atria Park is truly a gem!

I have been working with Atria Park of Ann Arbor in the capacity of Senior Consultant and Franchise Owner of CarePatrol of Southern MI. Atria is one of a number of Senior Living/Care communities in our Provider Portfolio. I have been the CarePatrol Franchisee for Washtenaw County/Ann Arbor for the last 6 years. Over this time, I have been particularly impressed with the quality, expertise and knowledge of their management staff. Their management team works tirelessly to address any resident concerns and to ensure that their residents are receiving appropriate care while maintaining respect and dignity for all residents. Their Executive Director maintains an "open door policy" for all residents as she wants to address any resident issues with urgency. I have primarily interacted with their Sales & Marketing Director. She likewise is most professional and focuses on learning about the care needs and care amenities of a potential resident to ensure that Atria is the "right fit" for the resident and family. Atria also maintains high employee retention and loyalty through several innovative programs that provide educational assistance for employees. This has encouraged employee loyalty and reduced turnover. This is important in a senior living community as residents prefer to establish ongoing and lasting relationships with employees. Based on my experience as a Senior Consultant and Franchise Owner I give very high marks to Atria Park of Ann Arbor.

Thanks for accommodating all the comings and goings of our family as we gathered to celebrate our mothers 91st birthday. Were so pleased she loves her new Life Guidance room and that she made the transition from the second floor to the fourth floor so smoothly. This was largely due to the care and concern of Atria employees. My husband is in the process of selecting a retirement home in our California town for his mother. During our weeklong visit to Ann Arbor, he commented that the physical building and support staff at Atria Park Ann Arbor outrank the quality of the places he has visited in our hometown. I concur. Were so grateful to the all the employees at Atria: maintenance, care workers, activities, kitchen dining, nursing, reception and admin for making Atria Park a wonderful home for our mom.

I own CaringTransitions Ann Arbor and we specialize in relocating seniors to senior communities. We have helped 4 clients move into Atria. McKenna and all the other staff (shoutout to Greg the maintenance guy!) are extremely helpful and do whatever is necessary to make the transition smooth. I can say as an Atria Residents Assistant Staff, that the best moments I ever enjoy is to draw joy and happiness on the residents faces , even if it is through simple daily details. The Residents suffered a lot during the Pandemic Quarantine period from being away from their families and loved ones. Our challenge was to work hard and go extra miles to make them enjoy the best times by making it possible to communicate with their families and friends through online technologies and arranging windows visits besides paying more attention about their feelings, hopes simple life details. This had a great impact on reducing their feelings of loneliness and provide them with a warm life atmosphere in our facility. When I come to work every day, my main goal is how to convey and spread positive energy to our residents and my best achievement will be to draw a smile on their faces by end of the day. Thanks Atria for offering me such great opportunity to positively affect the lives of these people.

When we were first searching for a home for my mother we were disheartened with our choices until we toured Atria. We have been so happy there. My mom is content and safe. She has made new friends and participated in so many fun activities! It is a small community which was important to us. They operate as a family from residents to staff! We have been most pleased with their great and varied activities led by an enthusiastic and caring staff member. The food is yummy! I have joined my mom for several meals. Mckenna, the Director has certainly gone the extra mile for us as we work out details regarding insurance and details. She always has a smile and truly cares and loves her residents and their families. Her door is always open and she is incredibly assessable. As my mothers primary caregiver, I have been treated with respect and smiles from everyone - the maintenance crew, the nursing staff, the chef, the caregivers, servers, front desk employees. This means so much! Thank you Atria Park of Ann Arbor for loving your residents and treating them with such grace and integrity.

My brother is receiving excellent care. He is younger than most with memory issues. When he entered Atria, I thought the place would be old and unappealing. Just the opposite. Everyone on the 4th floor are fabulous, loving professionals. Ebonee and the entire staff is wonderful.

My mother has been a resident of Atria Park of Ann Arbor for about 20 months. I have written a review previously. My mom is content, happy and safe. She has enjoyed all the activities and her new friends. The staff are kind, professional, loving and engaged with the residents. The Director, Activities Director, and caregivers go above and beyond what would normally be expected. I feel inclined to write another review during this time of COVID 19, a pandemic that no one could have predicted or be prepared for. During this time of isolation, it is difficult and depressing for many residents. First and foremost Atria immediately protected their residents health with everything in their power. Then, the challenge of keeping them engaged, connected and happy began. I can not speak highly enough about this team. Their creativity, joy and fun have been contagious to the residents! Thank you for coming in everyday and for loving my mom when I can not be with her. I can not thank you enough! Sharon H

We are so fortunate to have found Atria Park of Ann Arbor. Our experience with this smaller, more intimate facility was EXCELLENT. For 4 years my folks were residents. Top-notch CARING staff make Atria a stand-out place. Staff were KIND and COMPASSIONATE - even recognizing and learning the names of the 5 children who visited. My Dad moved to Atrias unit for memory and other needs. Here too, he was treated with RESPECT. I consider my family to have been blessed finding Atria Park for my parents.
