Maple Heights has been amazing for my father. All the staff takes the time to get to know the residents and their family. Love the on-site salon and all the activities offered for the residents. It is independent living—-but they look out for everyone. There’s a huge peace of mind knowing my father is safe and fed and can call Maple Heights HOME!

My grandmother is 97 and needed some assistance recovering from a broken femur. The staff at Maple Heights was beyond helpful and really cares about their community, I would highly suggest this them for you loved ones needs.

Very misleading about the services and cost. Rooms old and not renovated. Laundry services paid for and never received. Director Lori very rude and condescending when tried to express concerns.

As we were looking for a facility for our mom, we visited Maple Heights as recommended from 'Place for Mom'. Nerys was absolutely a wealth of information and gave us the grand tour. We found the facility to be clean, the living areas to be affordable and comfortable. Although we found a facility closer to our home, we highly recommend a visit to Maple Heights if you are in need of a home for your family. Many thanks to Nerys in particular for all your help!

When i was looking for a facility for my brother, I visited Maple Heights as part of my search. I found the home to be extremely clean, the living quarters seemed very comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although my brother ended up at another facility, I would highly recommend a visit to Maple Heights if you are looking for a facility for yourself or your loved ones. My mother in law spent the end of her life there and was the happiest we saw her in a long time, her own apartment with constant checking in by the very warm and professional staff made all the difference in her attitude, every single thing about her stay was over and above what we were hoping for, excellent choice.

My brother has been a resident here for 8 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful to him. They clean his room, provide him 3 meals a day, and the other residents are nice to him. We are very fortunate to have found this place for him.

Im a former employee. The staff at MH I can genuinely say are a bunch of great, caring people. It is kept clean and the best part was knowing that there were at least 5 seniors who looked forward to seeing and talking to me and me as well.

My Dad recently moved in and the rent is fairly affordable. So far, the staff seems extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. The food is typical healthy fare if a bit bland. However, the dining room looks fancy and there is a private area for residents to have meals with their families. The two-bedroom units are quite nice as they have two full baths. The master bedroom has a handicapped accessible step in bathtub, shower. Its worth consideration if you know someone who is 55+ and looking for an assisted living apartment.

The Staff at Maple Heights has been amazing during this covid pandemic at keeping their Residents safe! They were quick to quarantine and take every measure possible to prevent the spread of virus. My mother moved into her assisted living floor a couple of weeks ago after spending 7 weeks in rehab. She has been very happy with the care she has received. They have various activities scheduled throughout each day. We were very happy with the admission experience provided by Rachel and Nerys. This is a very welcoming community, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Mom seems quite a bit happier now, than when she was inpatient for rehab at skilled nursing facilities.

I visited Maple Heights this morning. What a classy establishment! I spoke to a few residents who were enjoying some music in the nicely appointed front room. The staff was attentive to the residents needs and my own. I love the Coca Cola room, how FUN!If you or a loved one are needing, wanting a change from the current arrangement, you must check out Maple Heights!

Angela is the experience. She genuinely cares about the families and the people who live there. It is hands down, the best deal in the greater metro area. People are friendly, the staff is wonderful and kind and caring. But, unquestionable the best part of my experience was Angela.My mother will be coming there once she is out of the hospital and rehab and once an opening comes up.Thanks!
