75 State Street is a wonderful senior living community comprised of Independent and Assisted Living options in the heart of downtown Portland. I have worked at 75 State Street for 4 years and am impressed daily with both the staff and residents. If you or your loved one needs a little extra help while maintaining autonomy and independence you should move to 75 State Street. If you are looking to work for a company that cares about their employees and those they provide care, you should apply!

I put my mother in after my father died as she needed more than home case assistance. 75 SS is absolutely the best place we could have ever found for her needs. They are there for all of her needs in every way. Very grateful and able to sleep at night. Thank you!!

Mother in law has been really happy at 75?State Street despite initial fears of leaving her own home. There are many activities, some afternoons out via shuttle bus. Great lace for her to be. We feel good knowing that shes happy.

I worked at seventy five state now for 14 years and its more then just a job its like a big family and all staff work together real good and the residents are like having hundreds of grandmothers and grandfathers and they are the reason I show up for work everyday

I love being at 75 State Street. It is amazing at how involved everyone is in a variety of different things. Residents are aware of what's going on and highly involved.

I am Currently on the waiting list for assisted living accommodations at SFSS and my daughter & I took an extensive tour of the facility about a week ago .. I was very impressed with this active community within a community and everything about SFSS is very much to my liking .. From The dining rooms to the laundry room & hair salon everything was very clean and orderly and The Staff Was Very Helpful & Friendly and many of the residents were happily engaged in different activities .. I found our gracious tour host, Lauren Webster to be extremely Pleasant and informative as she explained everything concerning their services and answered all of our questions .. SFSS is definitely where I want to live with all of my assisted health needs!

75 State Street is a place like I have never seen before. The staff is phenomenal and very caring of all the residents, independent or assisted. From having multiple activities residents can choose from each day, to great meals 3 times a day, to lovely apartments with great views, 75 State Street is the place you know your loved one will be safe and well cared for 24/7. I have been employed by 75SS for a little over a year, and I have never felt more at home, more secure, than I have ever felt at any other place because I know that this facility strives to be - and is - one of the best assisted living facilities to be in the state of Maine. This is the place for assisted living.

75 State Street is a wonderful community filled with amazing residents and phenomenal staff, a staff of which I am proud to say I am a part of. Staff is very attentive and very willing to help any resident with questions they have. Residents are cared for 24/7 by caregivers and nurses, both of whom are phenomenal once again in their jobs, allowing residents families to know that their loved one is being cared for, and have access to help 24/7.

I worked at 75 State as a CNA years ago. Now, having worked for agencies at facilities across the state (too many to count), I can honestly say that there is no place like 75 State Street. It is the only place I would ever recommend if asked, and the only place I would actually feel good about myself, if I were ever to have a loved one in a long term care facility or assisted living. Proves the non-profit difference in assisted and independent living---the focus of this facility is truly the quality of life of the people living there.
