I can't say enough positive things about the staff I've encountered at Fallbrook ... from administrators to program staff to caregivers to health services. I'd like to name them all, but I know I'd miss someone, so suffice it to say there isn't a single person who hasn't been professional, kind, gracious, caring, and responsive! And always upbeat!!! I wish my husband didn't have to face the challenges/limitations that have come with his age, but I couldn't ask for more capable, engaged, competent, reassuring staff caring for him.

We recently placed our dad into the memory care unit at Fallbrook Woods (12/23). We visit him weekly and for the most part,...unexpectedly. With three of us caring for our father at home, we literally could not keep him entertained, cleaned or dry most of the time. Every time we have gone to visit him, he is dry, warm, clean, engaged and quite happy! We could not be happier. The staff are playful with one another, as well as with the residents. Shoutout to the admissions director, Arthur. He's so personable, honest and caring. Julie, the nurse in charge, is down to earth and open to any feedback we have. The LNAs, housekeepers, dining staff are so incredibly kind and accommodating. I feel like we've gotten to the point where we are as excited to see the staff as we are our dad. Ashleigh, the admin asst is so helpful whenever we have a question or request. It is SUCH a relief to my sisters and I, knowing how awesome and engaged the staff is with the residents. While our dad has only been there for a short time, we are incredibly grateful for all we have seen and experienced thus far.

When my family was seeking memory care support for our mom we investigated every facility within a 20 mile radius of Portland. Our top criteria included a caring and compassionate staff and we have not been disappointed in our choice of Fallbrook Woods; You will not find a better group of professionals. From the very first intake meeting to current (daily) interactions we can see our Mom is getting the care she needs. The facility is large enough to offer diverse programming for residents yet small enough that it quickly felt like home for our mom. There is no better feeling than knowing our loved one is safe, happy and getting the care she needs. Thank you Fallbrook Staff!

My mother has lived here for over 2 years. The staff are very friendly and caring and seem to know their residents well. She is well taken care of and is happy.

Toxic work environment created and sustained by miserable micromanaging leadership. Ask about the revolving door in several of the departments, and prepare for nasty head games, especially if you are a competent professional. Care of residents is fine, but the possibilities of innovative programming for them is stunted by lack of materials and employees reeling and then running from the emotional abuse. I would have given one star for employee environment, and three for resident care, if the rating system here allowed it.

My Grammy lives here and she turned 95 years young. She has lived here for several years. She cant wait to see gramps again up in heaven. She passed away last December 20th 1016. They were very nice to her while she was here. God bless them.
