Attended the St Patrick's Irish dancers. WOW what an event the staff put on! This event was as good as some of the smaller local theaters across the State. They ended the night with a with a ladies pizza party that was just unbelievably delicious! Great job! Top notch. My grandmother LOVES this place especially the staff!

I went to the Atria in Kennebunk with a friend who was looking for a safe home to place her mother after determining she could no longer take care of herself on her own. We took a tour of the facility with Mike and by the end of our tour found that the Atria was not just a facility, but rather a home filled with "family and friends". Each and every resident that we met that day truly seemed to enjoy their community and lifestyle - there was always something for them to look forward to and do from special holiday events, movies, field trips, classes, you name it! It's rough on children when it's time to turn the tables with our parents, but, I can truly say that one would not find a more involved and caring community than Mike and his staff provide at the Atria. Take a tour for yourself, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

When my mom was looking to place my grandmother in assisted living I was against it. I live out of state and did not tour with my mom. I got a chance to visit and spent Thursday through Sunday with my grandmother this week. They had a pig roast - live music and multiple other activities everyday! The kindness of the staff is on display every minute. I never saw my grandmother happier and more engaged. I am heading home so relieved that my grandmother lives in Atria! If this is what goes on in October, I cant wait to vist her for Christmas!!!

Very friendly and compassionate administrators, caregivers and staff! They made our aunt feel that this is her home now. Many interactions with residents throughout the day, which is reassuring that my aunt has social contacts during Covid. Food is fabulous and tea time cart brightens her day! My mom stayed here 4 years ago for 8 months. Being our familys first assisted living experience we were nervous and had lots of questions. The staff was expert at each critical step of getting her admitted, assessed, and adjusted. It was not always easy but everyone was wonderful. Mom left to live at home with family members following and now needs more help. Atria was such an important beginning to this long process. I would recommend them.

I wanted to share a very exciting time for our family. Gloria joined Atria about a month ago. We were all very excited but also nervous in the same breath. She has gotten so involved in the Atria Family with all the activities and great company and delicious food. She had a ambassador from her first day who has been so warm and helpful making the transition flawless. It is so nice to see her loving life and knowing that she is safe. In January 2014, I began offering Yoga to the Atria community. All of my first students were new to the practice of Yoga as we were to each other. Over the years, new students have joined the class, but I still have the core of my first students ranging in age up to 103. My students have demonstrated resiliency, a sense of humor, a willingness to try something new while challenging their bodies and their their thoughts. Over time, bonds were established both with each other and with me. I have found the Atria staff to be responsive, friendly and very appreciative of my efforts and time. My experience with the Yoga students has been a source of great joy and satisfaction. It is my pleasure to be associated with the Atria communtiy, and an honor to be a part of the lives of the residents as I introduce them to and invite them to experience and explore the ancient art/science of Yoga. My Therapy Dog Briggs and I have been volunteering at the Atria Kennebunk for over two years. He was 15 weeks old when the wonderful staff allowed us to start visiting on a weekly basis. The staff, residents and their families welcomed us with open arms and we are so thankful for all their kindness, love and support. The Atria Kennebunk feels like a second home for us and we look forward to all the friendly faces each week!!

I brought the tidepools to Atria Kennebunk this week. The residents were so excited to view the live ocean critters, learn their names (yes they all had name tags!!) and enjoy holding them. The stories they shared with me of their childhood beach jaunts were priceless !!! Thanks for this golden opportunity to share what I love with the residents.

My father has been a resident at Atria Kennebunk for almost 5 years now and I can say,without hesitation, that it was the best and most appropriate choice my brothers and I made for my dad. The friendly, caring and attentive staff give us the piece of mind knowing that he's happy and well cared for every day. Everyone on staff that we've encountered and interacted with have positive and "can do" attitudes. It really shows that they truly care for the residents they serve. Kudos to the entire staff and administration. You are truly appreciated!

When looking at Assited Living facilities we were more impressed by Atria than any of the other places we visited. The staff was so friendly, not just to us, but to each other. Their kindness to us has been outstanding. Our mother, Connie, has only been at Atria for two weeks and her progress has been wonderful. We credit Susan Bertin with much of this. She is thoughtful when talking to my mother and encourages her to become more social and participate in Atria activites. Susan has met with me during the past two weeks and has followed up on all my suggestions regarding my mother. We can't say enough about what a terrific director she is and her knowledge has made this transition easier for our mother and also for our family.
