My mom and I had a wonderful tour of the facility. Bev was very helpful answering all of our questions and pointing out many details we would have thought about later. My mom was very negative because she doesn't want to move but Bev handled her perfectly. The wonderful part of this community is all the different levels of care available when it is needed. There were many active seniors that greeted us when we arrived as they were headed out.

Kind caring staff and lovely facility. The safety features in each apartment and high quality sound proofing make living very comfortable. Free transportation to medical appointments and local stores and restaurants. All apartments have a balcony or porch.

Pros: Beautiful inside and out. Staff are very kind and go out of their way for the residents and visitors. There are places to take walks safely outside surrounding the building. There are lovely views. Building is fairly secure. There is a fitness room. And more. They've gone out of their way for my loved one. And others I know of there. Very kind. The cons: The meals leave MUCH to be desired. I will gladly edit this review should a consistent period of time of change in this area takes place. It's disappointing that they are choosing to go up on their rates. They already receive more than PLENTY for each unit occupied. I hope they change their mind on this. Don't be followers! Be trend setters of doing what's good and right! You've been doing quote well so far at it! Be the change!

It used to be wonderful and clean. Now my dad's carpet is disgusting. Looks like he's had a few accidents that never got cleaned up. The food is not good at all. Sometimes they forget to serve a few people in their rooms. The servers are also the housekeepers. They are cheap. The office staff are kind and thoughtful though

Youre always making it look so nice to make them feel right at home rather it be Renees beautiful decorating,new furniture or new carpets throughout! Its been a rough year for all & I know the Residents appreciate all that you do (a few have told me so) Youre all a great Team including the Housekeepers & Day, Night servers,I thank you personally for all that you do for the Residents

I attended a craft fair here and was quite impressed. It was bright and airy and the residents I met were happy and spoke highly of the facility.The vendors, crafters were served the same lunch the residents had and it was delicious. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones.

I helped move a resident out today and the staff were very helpful it made the experience so much more pleasant accommodating me with some equipment I needed to move furniture

Accommodations are excellent. Staff are attentive. Meals continue to be problematic with quality. Also dont do well with folks that have special dietary needs.

Ive worked here very happily for over a year. I love being a part of residents lives and helping, even in some small way, to make their days better. Solstice is a vibrant community with a hard working staff dedicated to residents and their families. From an employee perspective, the ED (Matt), other directors, and employees are supportive and kind people who make Solstice fun and rewarding place to work!

The staff here at solstice goes above and beyond their scope for each resident. Here you are family not a number. They learn your likes and dislikes and try to accommodate you whenever they can. This is not just a business its a family reunion year round.
