When the Bangor House was rebuilt back in the 70's I was there. I worked on a lot of aspects of the job from the ground all the way to the roof. The old building held an incredible amount of local history! There were a few old coins found inside some of the walls. As some of the floors were demolished a ballroom was discovered, which changed some of the re-construction plans!

I must say that the Maintenance guys do a super job. Jim has gone above & beyond to help my mother. Terrible parking for visitors, especially in the winter- but nothing they can do.
