My husband and I had a wonderful and informative tour today at the Brightview in Westminster. Cindy Sharkey, the sales director was very friendly and took the time to get to know us, listen to our history and thoroughly answer all our questions. She was also a great tour guide. The facility had nicely appointed common areas, dining areas, recreational rooms and outdoor spaces. We look forward to our next visit.

My Grandmother has lived at Brightview-Westminster for over a decade and I've never heard a complaint. The food, activities, and facility itself have exceeded all of our family's expectations and really changed how we view Senior Living. I've seen many independent and assisted livings in Maryland, and BV-Westminster does it the best!

We are currently planning our move to Brightview. On every visit we have been impressed by the facilities, but even more so by the staff. Cindy Martin in particular has been patient, positive, and knowledgeable. I feel as though she has taken a very personal interest in us, and I now consider her a treasured friend!

My husband's close relative & his wife have been living at Brightview for a year, and they love it! It is a beautiful, cheerful place. The staff is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the amenities are top-notch! My husband & I love that they are in the best Senior Apartment they could EVER be in. We visit them often and have been their guests for superb cuisine in the dining room on occasion. We cannot say enough good things about Brightview, and have told many of our friends about how wonderful it is!

Words cannot explain Brightview Westminster Ridge...our mom has lived in Independent Living for almost a year. The staff is exemplary in every way. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel the welcoming, compassionate atmosphere. Everyone learns the residents name quickly and no matter how busy they are, the staff greet the residents and take time to chat with them. They do the same with family members who visit, too. They go out of their way to make sure residents are safe and check daily to see that residents are up and participating in breakfast and dinner. When our mom was in need of emergency care, members of the staff attended to her needs immediately and compassionately. Upon her hospital return, staff members took time to see how Mom was feeling and to see if they could help her in anyway. They communicated to her (and to us), that they would support her, if she needed anything. The biggest compliment to Brightview was communicated by our mom...EVERY day of her hospital stay, Mom asked several times when she could go home because she missed her friends and the kind people who worked there. This complement has a deeper meaning than it looks on the surface... Mom lived in her home for 61 years and NEVER wanted to leave it. When it was obvious that she could no longer function safely in that home, anxieties and deep sadness filled her spirit. She kept asking when she could go back to her home. Because of the wonderful new friends she's made and the superlative staff at Brightview, home isn't her house in Reisterstown, it's the home she longed to return to during her hospital stay. We cannot thank the staff at Brightview enough for helping our mom feel at home and for helping us (her family) feel the same. Brightview Westminster Ridge is a blessing!

We love it because the staff takes such good care of her. The directors, medical staff, food service staff, cleaning staff and volunteers are kind, patient and helpful. The parking lot could be bigger, sometimes depending on when you go it's tough to find a spot. Overall good experience visiting Brightview. The food looks good. The common areas look clean and welcoming. The front desk employees and housekeeping are helpful when I have needed them. Easy check in and out process.

My father in law has been a resident a BV/Westminster for ~10 years. My mother in law as well before she passed. Everyone is so warm and friendly. The food is top notch and wonderful daily activities and monthly events are offered. Highly recommend!

Brightview is a beautiful, caring, clean facility. My mom started out in the Independent Living side and then due to health reasons moved to Assisted Living side. She is very comfortable here and I recommend this facility.

My mother loved this facility. She loved the staff, the food and her two room apartment. She was here for her last couple of years, and her quality of life was simply the best. I am her son, and the last thing I wanted was for her to suffer. Let me tell you, I believe that the care she received here actually extended her life. I will always remember her last days as being happy. Brightview facilitated this happiness. I couldn't have taken care of her like they did! I remember she would happily tell me the breakfast lunch and dinner selections. Thank you Brightview staff. My mother loved you all!

Brightview takes great care of my Mom. The staff is very responsive to her needs and any questions asked. If she is ill they come to her room and help her in anyway she needs. The staff treated me like family, from the first time I visited. The food is amazing, I felt like I was at a five star restaurant with beautiful table service. My Mom is given a schedule everyday so she can participate in activities that she may have missed due to her memory issues. She enjoys the activities and making friends with other seniors. I feel good having my Mom in Brightview's care.

I was so blessed when a friend reached out and asked me to apply at Brightview WestminsterRidge. What a phenomenal work environment, amazing benefits, incredibly supportive management and staff! A true blessing, in fact my daughters first job was at The Ridge after I started. Great first job for high school students!

We have finally found the right home for our parents! After making the difficult decision to choose an assisted living facility, we struggled with finding just the right place. Cindy Martin was instrumental in guiding us through a process that can be and was overwhelming at other facilities we experienced. She helped guide us through available services to determine if they could meet our needs. She even went above and beyond to video tape the apartment and even chatted with residents and staff since we live out of town. Ms. Martin was beside us the entire process and was supported by other amazing team members. We have found Brightview to be a well-organized, caring, dedicated community. We feel so fortunate to have them caring for our loved ones. What a blessing and sense of peace that has been. Thanks to the entire incredible team!

We moved my father, who has Alzheimers, into Brightview almost a month ago. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the facility. The people who work here are beyond kind, they truly care and love the residents. I feel like my Dad is very well taken care of every moment of the day. The staff keeps Dad involved and active in daily activities, including various appropriate field trips, crafts and exercise. We moved Dad from another assisted living facility that pales in comparison to this place. Brightview has been answer to prayer. I highly recommend Brightview as a place to care for your loved one.
