My mom recently moved there after fracturing her back and having surgery. The staff have been wonderful and caring helping my mom and I through this transition and always making sure she is well taken care of. Mom loves the staff, the food, the activities, and all the friends she has made.

Aino Hunter, definitely enjoyed her 5-6 years at MorningSide. She felt she was independent & at the same time she had the security of Health & Wellness at fingertips. Activities were great, she loved the trips to get out, her favorite was the simple rides in the country. She enjoyed socializing in the dinning room, her favorite meal was breakfast. I found that the staff were listening as explained about my family member and the things they like to do. They were reassuring and courteous in there concerns not just for the resident but also tge feelings of the family as a whole. Reassuring us we are leaving them in capable and safe hands.

The floor staff are wonderful. Lots of activities and good food. They take really good care of my mom. The only downside is the website and group emails. They can be months behind on posting the calendars and invitations to special events. Overall I'm glad we found them!

My mom is new here I visited for the first time 3 days ago for an early thanksgiving with her and I have to admit I was very nervous about me being sad but we had the best time I haven't seen my mom smile and laugh so much in a long time everyone was so nice I feel really good about my mom being here you guys are awesome oh and the DJ playing the wobble song and seeing mom dancing in her chair made my whole year

Morningside House of St. Charles is a really nice and clean facility in Waldorf, MD. Our dad recently moved in a couple of days ago and so far we have had a great experience. Our tour guide, Ms. Blake was very thorough and informative throughout the admissions/intake process. And the Nursing staff has been extremely supportive as well. I would really recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in a safe, clean and caring environment. The staff here appears to be very helpful and our experience here so far has been very good.

I love entertaining the residents and staff at MHSC. I was the caregiver for my brother, f father and mother from 2009 up to 2019! Music is my passion. I am extremely compassionate when it comes to our elders and our babies! The building is super clean, smells good, food look delicious and the staff is AMAZING! Kudos to my contact person, Ms Mary Coleman! Thank you for the opportunities to sing for the residents and their visiting families!

Everything starts and ends with Ms. Kristina Richbow. She is such a jewel to work with. From the time my wife and I entered the front door (greeted with a smile from staff at the front desk) to everyone we past touring the facility. The place felt like home for my sister. Ms. Richbow made moving in a reality within one week for my sister, who was in a Rehab center in Virginia. I can not give enough "STARS" to "Morningside House of St. Charles". . .Great work and Great service with a smile and loving care to all applicants and residents.

I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and care that my 82 year old mom routinely receives at Morningside House! The kind and proactive staff helps mom avail herself to many varied and fun activities, ensures that mom takes her meds on time and even helps mom attend on-site religious services. The entire staff is truly amazing but executive director Jennifer routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty and has helped make mom’s transition easy and helps mom live her best life. It’s a sad fact of life though that even in the midst of all of the kindness that mom enjoys there is still evil in the world: One of mom’s disgruntled “friends”, in a likely effort to steal money from mom, began a campaign of telling mom that she was being denied access to her priests and that family was stealing from her (the classic method: alienate the family to facilitate stealing from the elderly). The former friend even tried to get mom to leave the facility without authorization. Thankfully Jennifer intervened and immediately notified the family. (In a likely attempt to create some kind of alibi / justification the former friend may have flamed the facility in a facility review.) Our family is truly blessed to have found Morningside house for this station of mom’s life.

My aunt recently moved to Morningside House of St. Charles. Visiting for the first time, I found all of the staff to be kind, friendly and efficient. The facility is very nice, clean, well kept. All of the residents we met were also very nice. My aunt's room was very nice and clean, as was the bathroom. I highly recommend Morningside House.

All I can say is WOW! Love the team at this community, from the rolling out of the red carpet for new residents to the care this wonderful team provides. The community has been completely renovated, has a beautiful new look and they know how to have fun! You must visit this senior living community if you are looking for a loved one!

Looking for future homes for aging family members, I had the pleasure meeting with Veronica. She gave me a tour of the facility and answered the many questions I had. She was so extremely helpful and the staff had the same friendly demeanor. Although my family is not ready for this level of care, I would definitely consider this home a future option.

I tour the community a few days ago and it was a place I can say I would put my parents. The staff have great customer service and the ED and sales person was very nice and made feel comfortable. They answer all my questions and I left the facility with a better understanding of what AL is. Thank you Morningside House for making my experience a great one!

Morningside House Of St. Charles is the place you can be rest assured that all your heart desires regarding your parents & loved ones will come to life, for 7 years I've had the opportunity to see people (employees & residents alike) come & go, one sure thing I can tell you is that there is no other better place than MSH - ST. CHARLES. Just like every other facilities they have their own share of problems but what stands out to me is the resilient & tenacity by which they come together to overcome these issues while learning from it, making themselves better & ready to face up coming challenges.

I'm looking for a place for my mother and I took a tour of this community with Nicola Hall and she was the absolute best! She was very professional. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail to where I want to bring my mother here to Morningside .
