I was invited back to Brightview Mays Chapel Wellspring Village to participate in the annual Christmas party. My mom, Ms. Thelma, was a resident at Brightview Mays Chapel. She thoroughly enjoyed being there and participating in the activities. She loved the staff and they took very good care of her. My mom passed away June 22, 2021 and I still keep in touch with the staff. It was a very enjoyable evening and I loved seeing the staff.

Our own experience at Brightview has been as positive as we could have hoped. The care our mother is receiving is excellent. Some problems of old age can not be fixed, especially cognitive and memory issues. Overall health, cleanliness, and well-being, however, can be greatly improved with the continual care that Brightview provides. Mom is no longer feeling continual pain, confusion and uncertainty. Shes much happier and healthier. The people who provide the services and care at Brightview Mays Chapel Ridge make a genuine and consistent effort. Residents are treated with the respect and dignity we all want for the people we love.

I been working at this building for almost 2 years.. Our Facility is amazing.. What I love the most about our building is that ever staff member truly cares about the residents..It doesnt matter what department or managerial position the team members holds...they are always willing to help out in every way.

When our Mom was no longer able to care for herself, it was time to look at Assisted Living facilities. Mom was most comfortable in the Towson-Timonium, MD areas. After looking at 5 or 6 other places, we visited Brightview Mays Chapel Ridge. First impressions: clean, no odors, beautifully decorated, lots of activities and trips, and a very friendly staff. Once we met the Marketing Director, Michelle, we were convinced we had found Moms new home. The in-depth tour was perfect! The available medical support is comprehensive. We have since eaten several meals with Mom. The food is superb, with choices available to meet everyones palate. Mom has since moved to memory care, a seamless transition, thanks to the extremely competent staff. The staffs loving care of our Mom is a joy to behold. I am thankful every day that our Mom is happy and safe. I highly recommend Brightview Mays Chapel Ridge. A word about COVID-19, Brightview Mays Chapel Ridge is doing an amazing job keeping families informed, residents healthy, and visits outdoors (and eventually indoors) well coordinated and orchestrated. Minimal worries about my Mom during this pandemic.

My parents moved into the Assisted Living wing in 2015. My father died in 2016. My mother eventually moved into Wellspring which is the memory care unit where she lived until she died of complications of dementia this past May. I cant speak highly enough of the wonderful staff. Everyone treated my parents with love and respect. The food is delicious and varied ( I would frequently have lunch with them). Pre-Covid there were a variety of day trips, outside visitors providing entertainment, musicians, movies in the beautiful movie theater, bingo games, exercise classes, etc. There was always something going on! Post Covid the staff went above and beyond to keep the residents active and engaged. I highly recommend Brightview Mays Chapel Ridge.

I cant say enough positive things about Brightview Mays-Chapel. From the moment my dad moved into Independent Living, he took advantage of meeting new people, making new friends and enjoying all of the activities. His apartment was spacious enough for him and the close proximity to the shopping center was a bonus. When we had to move dad to Assisted Living, Brightview staff made the transition easy. My mom was a resident at Brightview Mays Chapel for a few years. She started in assisted living and moved into Wellspring. The staff is wonderful, kind and caring. There are so many activities that the residents enjoy on a daily basis. Also, the food is delicious! I was always comfortable when leaving. I knew my mom was in excellent hands. I am so fortunate to have found this amazing place for my mom.

The cafateria menu, according to my relative, is very good. Cant speak about the cost. Not sure if they do the best job informing relatives about the care and change of medications they authorize. I only just heard about this shortly after Christmas by direct-blood relative.

My 3 boys and I just love visiting my grandfather at Brightview. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, and I feel so comfortable knowing that they are about him, and can help him if needed. Our family has a huge sense of comfort knowing he is among wonderful people. He enjoys the activities the facility offers, and the food is wonderful too!
