The staff is pleasant. But the meals are always cold. Like 95% of the time my Dad said he has received cold food. Rather it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. I really wish I was able to work because I would turn that kitchen around for the best.

I made the decision to send my mom to this place for assisted living. The assisted living part was amazing. great staff and rachel the manager of the assisted living was such a sweetheart and truly helpful in every way. My mom took a turn and was moved the the long term care unit. Unfortunately had to put her on comfort care. She passed a week ago at 132pm i was not notified until 538 pm. so my mother god rest her soul laid there for hours dead. When i asked if i could come say my goodbyes they had hurried and said the funeral home was already called. which they did not call until 630pm. The next day i went to grab a pair of clothes for her viewing. and they had already taken pictures and all of her belongings and packed them in trash bags. like she wasn’t even a person. I asked why and they said so maintance wouldn’t bother her things. i said give me time and they said they would put it in the office. that isn’t something a greifing daughter should have to worry about. I have been calling to see what happened that day and no one will return my calls nor give me answers. I would never send anyone that i love to the long term care unit there again. not even a follow up call to see how the family is doing.

Everything is going well. My father in law has been here for about 3 weeks. Kelley was awesome at working with the social worker from the hospital and communicated super well with everyone. Dada has done an excellent job. Sara for speech therapy has been over the top in helping him. Nice place!

Every time I’ve visited my uncle, he has been well cared for. He tells me he’s treated like a king. The facility is sparkling clean and, unlike other places I’ve worked or visited there was no smell of urine! The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I thank God for the care my uncle has received since being here

My mom just got to Copper Ridge today, so not very long to make a judgement. But, if today is an example of a typical, I can’t say anything but good things! There were very welcoming, room is very nice with a window, the place is clean and comfortable, and the nurses were both attentive and a pleasure!

My father was moved here for short term rehab. They don't have enough staffing so whenever he needed to use the toilet, he was told not to go by himself, but he's 92 and can't hold it. They rarely came in time to help them would chide him for getting help from us. Then he was complaining of being cold despite his room being at 80°< and wearing a sweatshirt and asked for blanket. I called nursing staff several times, only once did someone respond and I was told my father refused to let anyone help him and he would sit in need and pee, which is not like him at all. 4th night of his stay, he had to be taken to ER because he couldn't breathe. Admitted with possible pneumonia and eventually diagnosed with influenza A. Nobody from the facility even called to see how he's doing. I cannot recommend this place. Although everyone is pleasant, I would at least like to get a feeling that they cared, just even a little, and my father was in good hands, but unfortunately I can't. They are probably short staffed and have too many patients to care giver ratio.

I was very impressed with this place. Everyone basically has a private room and a window so it was very cheerful and bright. There is plenty of areas to bring personal belongings of the patient. The staff was very attentive to me as a visitor. I know my friend is getting excellent care.
