I was happy that we found a nice place for my mother, when her dementia got too much for my family and I to handle. However, my mom has passed away and we have yet to receive any type of condolences from the facility, other than verbally from the memory care director. She has been the only one who seems to care. Very disappointing from a facility with such a good reputation.

Tom McCausland made the experience of admitting and caring for our Mom seamless. He was extremely flexible and empathetic throughout the process. Soon after, our Dad joined Mom and it was handled equally well. Managing through all of the variables for aging parents can be overwhelming. We're grateful for Tom's approach and attentiveness.

I work closely with Mallard Landing and Lakeside Assisted Living. I have found them to be professional, helpful, and team oriented, all in a beautiful setting.. There executive director Cheryl Evans is a RN and looks at everything very holistically.

My mom moved in today. Problems with the first moving company we hired were solved by Jen. Amid the chaos of covid in our lives, Jen and the folks at Lakeside did an awesome job making us feel safe. My moms entry was smooth and I left feeling she will be well taken care of

If you havent checked out Lakeside Assisted Living for your loved one, make an appointment to tour! I am a vendor and have worked in this facility for 8 years. Not only is this facility beautiful but the staff is amazing! The caregivers in this facility treat every resident with respect and they truly care about their well being. Your loved one will feel right at home in this assisted living and you will feel at ease knowing they are getting the best care possible.

I recently placed my mom in this assisted living facility. Its been difficult during these covid times as we could not visit inside the facility before she was placed and also after she started living there. Patti was very patient and helpful in answering my questions and making videos to show the inside of the facility. Jen was very accommodating in getting back to me and answering my questions and she was very kind and pleasant. Carla at the front desk is so sweet and kind and always follows through taking care of our needs. My mom is happy there and says everyone is very nice. I can rest easier knowing my mom is taken care of. I highly recommend Lakeside at Mallard Landing.

We have been so happy with everyone at Lakeside at Mallard Landing. The staff has been amazing! Jen has been so helpful and made the process so easy while we were getting my mom settled in. Jen has also happily answered all of my many questions. My moms apartment is the perfect size for her to get around. The common areas are absolutely beautiful and my mom has been enjoying the bingo. Im so happy my mom is in such a lovely, safe environment.

We have been so happy with Lakeside Living and the care they provide for our Aunt. She is now in the memory care unit and the Nursing staff, Activities Director Taylor are amazing!! Cannot say enough good things about the excellent care!!

ML has been a wonderful find for my Mother. She is from Bethesda and not used to the amount of friendly, caring people as she has experienced here. She has been away for about 3 weeks and has told me that she cant wait to get home,! We are so pleased to have found such a great place,

Mallard is an amazing assisted living home. My father adjusted quickly and enjoys the socialization, lunch outings, and activities. The care and comfort to residents is always a priority. The food is great, extremely clean, nice rooms, and all around great place. I feel comfort knowing he is at a Mallard.

Lakeside at Mallord Lamding is a very nice community. The facility is welcoming and comfortable. There is a variety of options for all levels of needs. The staff was helpful and accomadating. There are many activities available.

Finding the right place for your parents can be a challenge. The Staff at Lakeside is beyond exceptional! Helene is INCREDIBLE!!!! A true gift to residents. The entire staff from Dawn to Cheryl are wonderful, very friendly and extremely supportive. My Mother is a new resident and already 'family'. She is well rested and well fed. She calls to rave about the food. She is happy and making friends. This transition has been made as easy as possible thanks to Helene and her staff. We could not have asked for a better outcome. MANY MANY THANKS to ALL at Lakeside.

Its great if I had to go somewhere around here to live in assisted living I would chose Mallard Landing.Are buy a home there in one of the best neighborhoods in town. You can have your home cleaned if you choose and also have some meals delivered or you can eat in the main dining room.Its worth checking out and see for your self.
