I accompanied a friend whose mother is a resident. It was a very pleasant experience to see how well she was taken care of. The staff were very professional and caring. I could see and feel that she was in good hands with the staff at Ciel Olney. My friend was also happy and comfortable with the care provided to her mom. Great job to the Ciel Olney team! I wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience. My great-aunt lives in your community, and every time I visit, there are always fun activities taking place. I've also had lunch with her several times, and the food has always been excellent. It isn't time for my mother to move into a senior living community, but because she's getting older, I wanted to start planning ahead. I also wanted to explore your community as a recommendation for other elderly relatives, especially since we already have a family member living there. I especially wanted to recognize Jessie. I was pleasantly surprised that she was never pushy and instead was incredibly informative, compassionate, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my family's questions, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure we had all the information we needed before making any future decisions. 5/22/25, 2:00 pm I walked in to see my friend, only to find her seated around a large community table, preparing to watch a cooking demo with Activity Director Kira. I stood at the other end of the table near my friend while Kira explained how to make crescent roll pizza slices. Then, while the yummy snack was baking, Kira had us all singing Remembrance Songs in preparation for Memorial Day! I am not kidding when I say not only did the rainy weather change to sunshine as we sang, but nearly EVERYONE closed their eyes and sang from their hearts!!! THANK YOU, Kira!!!

My first visit to Brookdale Olney was very surprising. Beside a very friendly staff, the building is very clean both outside and inside. Everything is designed with the residents in mind. Even the resident that I visit today is very well cared for and is very comfortable. He simply love where he is.

Like the place very much! Only one issue, when entering the front doors after opening there is a very large mat on top of the carpet that says Brookdale. I’ve witnessed visitors and patients with walkers especially getting their foot or walker leg caught up underneath this mat. I’ve seen stumbling and it’s a accident waiting to happen. The mat does not stay in place. Should be removed immediately.

The staff is very polite and cordial. Our waiter at lunch was extremely courteous to my sister who is the resident, and to me as we were having lunch downstairs. The front staff and caretakers are all very kind and go out of their way to help you.

My parents moved in about four months ago and they are very happy with their apartment, the staff and the food. I looked at six other places before settling on Brookdale Olney. It is clean, cheerful and comfortable. I feel good about my parents living there and i have had a very positive experience working with the staff to make sure my parents’ needs are met. I would recommend it to anyone.

My 94-year-old mom has been living at Brookdale Olney Senior Living for over 10 months and I feel it's been a perfect fit for her. It's given her a new lease on life in her most senior years. Brookdale Olney was the perfect place for my father while needing memory care and a place to call home. His days were busy meeting people and participating in a variety of fun activities such as crafts, music time, and exercise time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a warm and friendly place for an elderly parent or friend who needs a lot of loving care and attention. The caregivers and staff were excellent! My dad has now passed away, but I'm so glad for the time he had at this wonderful place!

My father has been there for a few years now, and it was a very good decision for us. The staff are very professional, responsive, and caring. I know my Dad is in good hands. He is very happy as well and loves the attention he gets from the staff and other residents.

My mom is treated so very well. The staff is super caring and attentive. Without prompting my mom always says how nice it is and how good the people are to her. It has been hard not being able to visit but I am so confident that my mom is being taken care of I really don't worry about her. I just miss her.

I give this assisted living community 5 stars. My aunt recently moved into the community and she loves it. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My aunt participates in daily activities and has a great time. Caring and engaged staff take excellent care of my mother .. We are very happy with our choice of Brookdale. — particularly with how the team there has managed the facility during the pandemic .
