My grandmother has been living here for over 3 years. Last year, right before COVID hit, we tried to get her to come live with us. She insisted on staying at home and said she felt safe and confident that she would be taken care of. Thank you to the staff at Brookdale Olney for doing just that! We cant wait to come to town to give Granny a great big hug and possibly hug the staff too!

My mom is treated so very well. The staff is super caring and attentive. Without prompting my mom always says how nice it is and how good the people are to her. It has been hard not being able to visit but I am so confident that my mom is being taken care of I really dont worry about her. I just miss her.

My aunt moved here 2 years ago. We were very reluctant at first, but we were being selfish because we would miss going to her home for the holidays. For my Aunt, moving to Brookdale Olney was the best decision ever! She is doing so well since moving in. Of course, COVID has everyone feeling different, but my Aunt says she cant tell there is a pandemic going on outside. The staff is wonderful! The current director is very transparent and responsive. The weekly communications we receive helps us to know that everything is okay and my aunt and her friends are safe. Thank you Brookdale Olney for taking such excellent care of my Aunt and making sure she feels our love from afar!

I give this assisted living community 5 stars. My aunt recently moved into the community and she loves it. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My aunt participates in daily activities and has a great time. For anyone looking to find a safe, comfortable place for a relative (or yourself), I would definitely recommend this community to any and everyone looking for that great new place to call home.

I volunteered here for my student service hours. It was so much fun helping out and I learned so much from people who live there! Im hoping to do the clinical program at my school and one day work there as a caregiver.

So appreciative of the staff. As difficult as it has been with COVID they have kept in contact with me weekly with facetime so I can see my loved one! Caring and engaged staff take excellent care of my mother .. We are very happy with our choice of Brookdale. — particularly with how the team there has managed the facility during the pandemic . Brookdale staff has gone the extra mile to provide my mother with the care and daily support and engagement she needs and in a respectful and caring manner .. Finally the Brookdale team has been very responsive whenever I have had a question or concern.

Brookdale Olney has been taking care of Dad for 18 months. We are very pleased with the Brookdale leadership team as well as the nurses and caregivers! The Leadership team is receptive, attentive, and works hard to stay ahead of issues. Dad loves the beautiful community patio and garden! It has been difficult with the virus since March - but staff does a great job of organizing many opportunities for interaction (FaceTime, Skype, Window visits and outside visits). Thank you Brookdale!

Things have improved tremendously over the past year +. The staff is obviously compassionate about what they do and more importantly, most of the residents seem comfortable. In fact more recently, I've witnessed more of a sense of community among the residents and staff.
