I'm a companion for a resident there and I come once a week and I absolutely love spending time there with her. The facility is clean and decorated very nicely, all of the staff are extremely friendly and so are the residents!

I can't express how incredibly grateful I am for everyone there at Brightview, White Marsh. Every single person we encountered was just absolutely amazing and so genuinely caring. I honestly didn't think that level of kindness even existed in this world. In our darkest days they showed my Dad pure kindness and treated him with love like he was their own. My dad was terminally ill and on hospice, as a family we knew we needed a level of care that far exceeded what we could do for him at home. Although he did not get much time with these angels on earth, I'm forever grateful and I can't thank you enough.

I visit 4+ times per week and have found staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Residents are well cared for and it's wonderful to know that I don't have to be there every minute to keep watch.

The folks at Brightview White Marsh are outstanding. We began interviewing assisted living facilities for mom and Brightview was first on our list. Later that day we where informed that mom needed hospice not rehab so we needed to move fast. The front-end staff there helped us navigate the process and we were ready to move mom in just 4 days! Mom spent her last days under home hospice at BV. We had no major issues than the elevator overheating. Every time we visited mom was in good spirits and clean. The caregivers where very patient and understanding of mom's special needs. She enjoyed the food very much. On the note of food, we ate there often with mom, and it was really good. They make a dam good orange chicken! We also enjoyed their daily happy hour with mom in the courtyard or out front in the rockers. Thanks Again to the staff at Brightview White Marsh for making mom's last days as comfortable as possible!

Mary, @ the front desk is a gem, pleasant,, in the loop and up to date. It is generally a well kept property and the residents are treated well. My mother was @ this same location for a year and a half, and then 6 months on the Wellspring side. From 2011-2014, I brought my Aunt and Uncle here in I believe 2017, and although it can be expensive, depending upon the situation it’s worth it. Good staff, great Management and a property manager who is situational aware. I do. Let the desk know when you are developing an issue. Just for reference, the oelevator to the right of the office is in need of adjustment or a relay as it goes down below the floor called for and the comes back up, 3-4’ . Thanks Drew Palmer

We moved my Mom to Brightview White Marsh in 2020 at age 99. She had been independent and living alone in Florida up to that point. She spent the last 18 months of her life there, and we could not be more pleased with my mother's experience. The Brightview team became a family to my Mom, and made her time there eternally memorable (especially the incredible 100th birthday party they threw for her!) We are so thankful for the love and compassion shown by the entire Brightview team!

BrightView White Marsh has been a blessing to our family: for our aging dad who is 97 years old and for us, his children and grand children....Doris and Buddy Seward were living in their home for nearly 70 years when Doris became ill with congestive heart failure and renal failure....she could not go home again, and Buddy could not live alone in the family home....Linda Reardon and Heather Wojcik helped me (Bruce) make an informed decision with a lot of emotional support and assistance to move my parents into the White Marsh facility....Doris became sick and passed in February, 2020....she and Buddy had been married for 75 years....my fear was that Buddy would wither and die as well, but the staff and administration at BrightView created such a warm and loving environment that Buddy has healed and flourished in his new home...he loves the staff, his fellow residents, the food, and the beauty of his apartment and the facility, and the social activities available to him....even during the pandemic, when visiting was suspended initially, the staff continued to provide as many creature comforts and entertainment as possible....the process to re-open was long and stressful, but the myriad methods to keep residents safe and viable were heroic and so successful...now we can take our loved ones out again, and visit in apartments again, and while life seems to be normalizing, we have to remember the continuing 24-7 efforts of the staff and administration to make life vibrant each and every day for our families....it is such a blessing to go to sleep at night and know, with out a doubt or fear, that my dad is in the arms of angels.....thank you BrightView for all you do everyday to create and maintain such a vibrant community for our families....peace and love....Bruce, Diane, and Michael Seward

My mother has been a resident at Brightview White Marsh since July 2019. We could not be more pleased. The facility is clean, my mom loves the food and the staff could not be more kind and caring. My mom has taken quite a few falls (she has Parkinsons Disease), and I have witnessed staff coming from the second floor to check on her once they heard she had fallen. They all seem to go above and beyond. As for the activities, they are awesome!! There are many things going on every day, and the special events are exceptional. I just attended a wonderful Veterans Day ceremony there, and just last week they had a USO dance and special dinner that my mom loved! They use the word community when talking at Brightview, and it truly is. I have seen residents really looking out for their friends when they arent feeling well. It is very touching. I also know that after comparing the price to other facilities, Brightview White Marsh is very fairly priced. We are very pleased with everything and feel it was an excellent choice for my mom.

Never judge a book by its cover. Brightview, with all of its many appealing amenities is not what it appears to be. Before placing your loved ones with them, be sure to ask them about their policy on discharging people who fall and break a limb. Thats when the pretty princess turns into a frog. Get all your questions answered in writing.

Superbly run establishment. My 81 year old mom told me she has zero complaints, and that means everything to me. She is very happy with the staff, the care, the food and the amenities. Top notch staff from the director to the janitor. Everyone seems to be on the same page in regards to the care of the tenants, and everyone seems to care. And no, I do not work there and they didnt ask me to write this.
