Mary, @ the front desk is a gem, pleasant,, in the loop and up to date. It is generally a well kept property and the residents are treated well. My mother was @ this same location for a year and a half, and then 6 months on the Wellspring side. From 2011-2014, I brought my Aunt and Uncle here in I believe 2017, and although it can be expensive, depending upon the situation it’s worth it. Good staff, great Management and a property manager who is situational aware. I do. Let the desk know when you are developing an issue. Just for reference, the oelevator to the right of the office is in need of adjustment or a relay as it goes down below the floor called for and the comes back up, 3-4’ . Thanks Drew Palmer

BrightView White Marsh has been a blessing to our family: for our aging dad who is 97 years old and for us, his children and grand children....Doris and Buddy Seward were living in their home for nearly 70 years when Doris became ill with congestive heart failure and renal failure....she could not go home again, and Buddy could not live alone in the family home....Linda Reardon and Heather Wojcik helped me (Bruce) make an informed decision with a lot of emotional support and assistance to move my parents into the White Marsh facility....Doris became sick and passed in February, 2020....she and Buddy had been married for 75 years....my fear was that Buddy would wither and die as well, but the staff and administration at BrightView created such a warm and loving environment that Buddy has healed and flourished in his new home...he loves the staff, his fellow residents, the food, and the beauty of his apartment and the facility, and the social activities available to him....even during the pandemic, when visiting was suspended initially, the staff continued to provide as many creature comforts and entertainment as possible....the process to re-open was long and stressful, but the myriad methods to keep residents safe and viable were heroic and so successful...now we can take our loved ones out again, and visit in apartments again, and while life seems to be normalizing, we have to remember the continuing 24-7 efforts of the staff and administration to make life vibrant each and every day for our families....it is such a blessing to go to sleep at night and know, with out a doubt or fear, that my dad is in the arms of angels.....thank you BrightView for all you do everyday to create and maintain such a vibrant community for our families....peace and love....Bruce, Diane, and Michael Seward

My mother has been a resident at Brightview White Marsh since July 2019. We could not be more pleased. The facility is clean, my mom loves the food and the staff could not be more kind and caring. My mom has taken quite a few falls (she has Parkinsons Disease), and I have witnessed staff coming from the second floor to check on her once they heard she had fallen. They all seem to go above and beyond. As for the activities, they are awesome!! There are many things going on every day, and the special events are exceptional. I just attended a wonderful Veterans Day ceremony there, and just last week they had a USO dance and special dinner that my mom loved! They use the word community when talking at Brightview, and it truly is. I have seen residents really looking out for their friends when they arent feeling well. It is very touching. I also know that after comparing the price to other facilities, Brightview White Marsh is very fairly priced. We are very pleased with everything and feel it was an excellent choice for my mom.

Never judge a book by its cover. Brightview, with all of its many appealing amenities is not what it appears to be. Before placing your loved ones with them, be sure to ask them about their policy on discharging people who fall and break a limb. Thats when the pretty princess turns into a frog. Get all your questions answered in writing.

Superbly run establishment. My 81 year old mom told me she has zero complaints, and that means everything to me. She is very happy with the staff, the care, the food and the amenities. Top notch staff from the director to the janitor. Everyone seems to be on the same page in regards to the care of the tenants, and everyone seems to care. And no, I do not work there and they didnt ask me to write this.

We liked Brightview of White Marsh, but it's too expensive for my parents. It was clean, and the people seemed fine. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. We saw that their apartments were clean and a nice size with plenty of room. The dining area also looks welcoming and friendly.

My relative needs Blood drawn every 4 weeks because of heart valve surgery and on Coumadin.he is taken on the bus with a friendly and caring driver to his health care Building at no extra cost. he has exercises daily, he loves the large TV screen, Bingo, music and many entertaiinments. the staff are like family. Executives have changed often, but they are all great. Frequent entertainment programs with families are always great. Food is delicious and dining staff are # 1. also medicine and house keeping staff are well trained and friendly. A real HOME.

I really liked Brightview. The only thing they didn't have was the respite facility where one could go in and have a 30-day trial, but I was very impressed with the overall appearance and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very good. I was very impressed with the people, and they seemed to be doing different things. It just seemed like a nice, polite place. They told me that they had a chef there that prepares food for the patients, and I would like that, too. They had a dining room and area where they do activities and crafts.

I visited Brightview White Marsh for my brother-in-law. This is close to my residence. That was a very nice facility but a bit more expensive. That would have been my second choice for him. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff seemed very nice too.

Brightview Assisted Living is as it says "BRIGHT" you walk into a light filled spacious gathering area where the receptionist is always ready with a smile. Activities line the day and the facility is well kept inside and out. There is a Memory Care Unit, "Wellspring Village" where it is as bright and clean and friendly as the regular assisted living areas, only safer and no security bracelets on your loved one's ankle. Your loved one cannot slip out the front door, but can go out to a gated courtyard anytime. They have their own apartment not a shared bedroom space.. The employees are compassionate, friendly and helpful to the residents and their families. the facility is open 24/7 to family (you have to be buzzed in and out after 8pm)

Brightview is a very nice assisted living environment. The apartments are very well laid out and intuitive for the occupants. Although my father wasn't exactly happy with moving in here and wanted to be on his own he found the apartment very nice and easy to adjust to. The care givers are exceptionally warm and very friendly with the residents which also made it much easier for my father to acclimate. The care he has received at Brightview has been great and since they specialize in memory loss and dementia care it is exactly what my father needed. The nurses spend a good amount of the day with my father and check in on him throughout the night. If they think his situation is getting worse they make sure to get a doctor in to look at him.While he has his own apartment my father also has access to community areas where he can talk with others living there, play games or watch television. My father is never alone and that is important for him at this time.
