Love this place for our elderly and family members... the staff and facilities are top tier!!! Wish that I could be more involved with the day to day upkeep of the facilities and the programs for the tenets!!!

I’ve been here a year and not completely happy that I moved here. They are very uncaring about their residents. The quality of response from the rental office and maintenance is terrible. They are very slow or don’t respond to requests. They don’t follow through on anything therefore I had to fix things myself. Throughout the building there’s area that need painting and carpet need cleaning. There’s a large parking lot with several vacant reserved spots but they haven’t assigned any to residents that need them. For me, only good thing about the place is the apartments are spacious and the location. However, since it’s near FedEx field you will have to deal with the traffic during games and events. Residents are nice and quiet!

Takes forever to get things fixed put in for a new sink head and spray for the kitchen back in May nobody has been or even called to say they in progress of getting to my Dad. Place parking is suspect.

Went on a tour of Jericho last year. The apartments look nice. Especially the two bedrooms. I called numerous times and left voice-mails about questions I had. I never received a return call. Also, why a short window for applying in advance?

The one receptionist is very pleasant, very helpful and very professional. The property is neat and clean.

I had several repairs. The 1st was the ice maker had stopped working. After several attempts to fix it failed, maintenance replaced it. My 2nd issue was my microwave was malfunctioning. They replaced the front panel. Lastly, they fixed the ceiling that had a stain on it. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with all my repairs. Professionalism at its best.

I'm writing you to thank you for having a concierge service on the property. Mrs. Priscilla McCoy-Hilliard and Mrs. Alvenea Toland are very professional and courteous on the job. They both are very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us while are going through the renovations.

Over 2 months and the construction due to the water damage from the 3rd floor has not even started. I don't understand what the hold up is. I would hate to have to move my mother out to find yet another place.

It's home. I love the spacious apartments with all electric appliances. The entire building is beautiful with plenty of amenities. The landscaping is awesome, I love the gazebo in the spring time. The management staff is excellent and friendly and polite, we also have the best maintenance staff right now. The resident are friendly as well.
