A week ago today my mother, who is inpatient) told me that her aid had started her sponge bath. All of her clothing and diaper were removed. He then told my mom that he had to go and do something and would be right back. After 1 hour she needed to pee. She pushed her nurse call button but received no response. After two hours and no attention from the nurses or aid that had stripped her she wet the bed. I have left 2 messages with Mr Dickey. He still hasn't called me back. I have been ignored about this for a solid week. I'm sickened and heart broken my mom was humiliated from wetting the bed. Shame on each and everyone of you! Mr Dickey you need to call me. After all it's your job!'

Environment was friendly and clean. Plenty of staff constantly to check on patient in the visitors lounge. Just saying Hello with a cheerful smile. Aides were available to assist. I was very impressed!!!
