Giving this a 2 star because my grandmother was here for a couple of years before passing in 2018 and when visiting her it seemed like a lovely place. Therefore, I'm extremely disappointed in the experience we had trying to transfer my father into this place. They medically discriminated against my father and denied acceptance into this facility. My father had a brain bleed stroke and when leaving the hospital he needed physical therapy and speech/memory therapy. Took them 4 days to deny him, with being insurance approved already and knowing the distressed situation my father was in, saying they aren't "medically equipped" for him. When questioned what they meant by not medically equipped, I was given an unanswered hesitated excuse of them being short staffed for the coming weekend. Then I asked if he could be transferred after the weekend and I was told again, no they aren't medically equipped. So I guess it takes 4 days to look over someone's chart to realize you're too short staffed to except patients, after being told they were excepting patients and beds were available. Also took 4 days to just not be "medically equipped" for someone with my dads health, something they should professionally know from the beginning of contact to not waste people's time and health. Overall just a bad experience knowing the situation my father and my family was going through. Sadly I do not recommend this facility if your loved one had a brain bleed and needs therapy. They are not "medically equipped" to help your loved one recover.

I am very happy with the care my Mom receives @ Creekside Village. They are very compassionate and considerate of their residents and family's needs! Mom has received excellent care since she arrived last Fall during tough times. They have wonderful interactive activities for the residents as well. This means so much to me! Thank you!

My husband and I have visited our brother n law 4 times recently. Your home is very nice. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean and my brother n law is receiving excellent care and rehab. We are Thankfull that he will be going home this week. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Was here for rehab due to knee/ arthritis issues. When I arrived I could not walk or stand. Due to the excellent care and planning by the Physical and Occupational therapy staff within a week I took my first steps. Ever since then I have been making steady progress and will be going home in a few days. Michelle from PT and Elizabeth and Cheyenne from OT are amazing to work with. Very caring and encouraging, the therapies work together and the plans complement each other. There is atrue sense of teamwork. The staff here works with the family on the plan of care and makes sure your family is kept in the loop. The GNA and CNAs are friendly and caring. The nursing staff is responsive to the medical needs and if an issue arises takes care of it in a timely manner. The housekeeping staff are friendly and do an excellent job. The food is really good. Portions are good. They take the individuals dietary likes and dislikes into consideration. I could go on and on with this review but I will end it here. If you need a facility for ling term or short term care I highly recommend Ravenwood.

My wife was sent here for rehab after a recent illness. Having had two previous, and very negative, experiences with nursing homes. I was very skeptical about what I would find at Ravenwood. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of care she received. Everyone one I met seemed caring, competent and professional. Her care planning meeting was excellent; by way of example, the dietitian spent a good 5-10 minutes making sure she knew what Laurie needed and what she likes. Laurie is diabetic and I can say for certain that is not always truly taken into account. The grounds and common area's are clean and well maintained. We were both surprised, and happy with her experience there.
