November 2024
The woman who works at the front desk is not friendly or nice at all. Very rude. Hopefully they can find someone else who cares about people a little more and treats people better. All she does is tell everyone how busy she is and puts them off. Not very helpful to our elderly who need it the most.
November 2024
Not a great experience whatsoever with the approval process to get in there or even know whether or not you can get in there. The one woman who works at the front main desk is RUDE. Maybe she's overwhelmed but still...not the way to deal with people who need help, especially our Senior citizens! She needs to check herself or get into another line of work if she's that busy instead of just telling people how busy she is and how she cannot talk to you or won't be able to do anything until she has the time. I get it, most people are busy now adays, especially the people who actually work hard but you still need to be able to do your job and get it done in a reasonable amount of time. And, be DECENT to others! They are only trying to find somewhere to move and LIVE! Be respectful and helpful. Not ignorant!!!! Maybe they need to hire a couple more people and it would be better.

I have been attempting to reach someone at that facility office, or at this point, preferably the director of it, but only get a complete run around and no contact. I would appreciate a phone number to reach the director directly.
