If you are looking for estetically beautiful- village is that,! If you are looking specifically for memory care for your loved one be diligent to look at care ratios to patient, nurse ratios and the most needed component of one on one time/ care for your loved one. The caregivers are beautiful people and work tirelessly but very stretched as they are overseeing many patients!! The Director lacks solid communication and thoroughness in her role.

Such a sweet staff and really awesome facility, all around. We really enjoyed meeting everyone there and getting to see other residents enjoying activities and family time outside with a mobile barnyard event yesterday!

I recently entertained at Village Crossing’s New Year’s Celebration and WOW was it a great experience. First, the property is really beautiful and all of the staff that I encountered, from the ED, to the dining room staff, all were most friendly and kind. And speaking of the dining room, the FOOD was all fantastic and delicious. Above and beyond my expectations.

During every visit to Village Crossing at Worman's Mill I am impressed by how bright and clean every area seems to be. The team is very open and friendly. I give high praise to both Judy at the front desk and Robyn Wheat in marketing for caring so deeply about the residents and the services they provide. I definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you are thinking about moving to a community or if your loved one is in need of additional care and support in their daily living.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and kindness from every staff member you pass. The staff take the time to build relationships with the residents. Management communicates well and are responsive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful and clean, with lovely seasonal decor that makes it feel like home. There’s a real sense of community, and I always enjoy visiting. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe and caring home for their loved ones.

My dad has resided in assisted living at Village Crossing since August, 2023. I have been extremely happy with the staff and all they do to make lives enjoyable for the residents. It has been about eight months since my wife Ellen passed away. I was waiting for the right time to write this brief letter expressing our deepest gratitude with the exceptional care she received during her stay at your facility. Assisted living care is only as good as the entire staff that is providing it. Unless someone has previous caregiving experience with a love one in an assisted living facility they are unable to measure with some type of benchmark the level of care that is being provided. Thanks to your sincere care Ellen was able to spend her last several months with dignity and respect as a professional educator. Despite having aphasia she won the hearts of the staff with just a humble smile. Thanks to the staff she never stopped smiling. I thank God everyday for all the services both of you have provided. I am sure Ellen would consider the memory unit and administrative personnel angels. I am a total pessimist and it is hard for me not to find fault with any situation. However, in my opinion it is not hard for me to advocate and to continue to advocate the high level of care that is available at Village Crossing. The staff became part of my family and the annual Christmas card found a spot on my refrigerator. Some staff attended her funeral. They helped making a very difficult sickness manageable for me with laughter and interaction during daily visits. I must admit when the building first opened I did not think it could be maintained at such a high standard for an extended period of time. However, I was wrong. The building looks great. On behalf of my sons, their families and myself we would like to offer our deepest thank you to the entire staff at Village Crossing. We are sure Ellen experienced the heart felt love and sincerity of the employees during the performance of their duties. I apologize for any staff member whose name I could not remember. The representative, Robyn, who showed me around was well-informed and extremely pleasant. The place itself is beautiful and looks top notch. It’s almost more like visiting a luxury hotel than a traditional assisted-living or memory care center. The location is convenient at the town center in Wormans Mill. Apparently, they offer a great number of services to their tenants. I will say that it is on the high end for cost, but that seems consistent with the quality of what they offer. I do know of at least one other place in town that is very comparable in price, but their facilities aren’t anywhere close to the quality of Village Crossing.

I will forever be grateful to the care my mom received at Village Crossing and for making her feel at home so quickly. From the first phone calls with Robyn, who worked magic to help us move my mom into Village Crossing as quickly as possible, to the amazing nurses who showed compassion, kindness, and expertise, I couldn't have asked for more. The space is beautiful, the apartments are spacious and inviting, the entire staff is incredible, and our entire family felt welcome. If you're considering Village Crossing for your parent, I recommend taking a tour as soon as possible.

I have a dear friend who is part of our family for many many years who is now a resident at Village Crossing...She is thrilled & loves being there !!...The Wormald Family did a Well Planned Magnificent Community.!!...Very important is the level of care residents should expect at any facility... You can have a Beautiful New Place but it's your daily living care & happiness that is most important!!...I can honestly say from the beginning of the planning for this senior residence to opening & providing care for residents has been "Over the Top"...I have had the pleasure of getting to witness first hand and know the staff of SageLife there & cannot believe how blessed & fortunate to have such excellent caring wonderful staff in ALL the positions!!....Very attentive to detail, friendly & down to earth !!...Like a Family there working together & making sure everyone's needs are taken care of....I have been to other facilities & this place is where I would want to be ...

I have been watching Village Crossing at Worman's Mill since they poured the foundation. I was thrilled to know it would be a senior assisted living/memory care facility. This place is more than I could have ever hoped for. My dad moved in this week and became an instant member of the family there. They have thought of everything, and I can't think of anything else he would need. When they say Senior Luxury Living, that is an understatement! This place is amazing!!! I have seen a positive change in my dad just in the 3 days that he has been there. The staff and management are simply one of a kind. Thank you, Village Crossing for making this transition for my dad so wonderful!!!

We visited Village Crossing in February 2023, when it was starting to take deposits for apartments in their new Sr Living facility that was due to open in the spring. We had many return visits with my Dad, as he was preparing to move there. They had open houses, tours and events for him/us to attend, which helped greatly in the transition. They opened last wk and he was the fourth resident to move in. It was a seamless transition for him and the staff has been warm, welcoming and inviting. From the minute he walked thru the doors, he has become a member of the family. The Village Crossing Managment team and staff have thought of everything, and his move went perfectly! They are attentive and ready to help with anything we/he needs. I cant recommend Village Crossing enough and if you are looking to move, or looking for a family member, this is your place!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Definitely schedule a tour - you wont be disappointed!
