Assisting hands is an amazing place to work for. I have been a caregiver here for 3 years. The office staff is incredibly helpful and flexible with finding shifts that match your needs. The RNS at assisting hands are very helpful in providing quick feedback to questions you have regarding patient care and work with you to provide you education. The owners Jodee and Troy are amazing people and really care about their clients and staff. They encourage you to seek further education and continue your professional development. The staff are very compassionate , kind, and open to collaboration to how to best serve the clients . Jodee is top notch...she is on top of what is happening in the home, and when there is a change in care needs, she works to make sure the client has what they need. I have used Assisting Hands to care for my husband's mother, and for my own parents. The caregivers came to my home to assist my mother-in—law with bathing and dressing. They had such a wonderful way about them. I am now having them assist my parents at night in their independent living situation. I can't say enough good things about the caregivers and the owners who have gone the extra mile in caring or our parents.

I met with Troy and Jodee earlier this year and arranged to have a caregiver come three times a week to help care for my elderly mom. It was nice to have help from someone that was able to alleviate the pressure of caring for my mom by myself. I recently went on a much needed vacation and the caregivers Troy and Jodee assembled to provide 24 hour care for my mom were fabulous. They took care of not only my mom, but my house overall. It was so nice to have some time away and not have to worry. The caregivers were prompt, caring, left detailed notes, and I am so thankful for the care they provided. Jodee's effort and preparation before my trip helped me feel comfortable that my mom was in good hands. I can't properly express how grateful I am for the care my mom received/receives.

Jodee, Troy and staff were incredible. Very efficient, polite, kind, with great attention to detail. They truly aim to please. During the COVID they supplied cloth masks. To deal with boredom they gave out a pack of color pencils with adult coloring book. I taught my most recent steady Assisting Hands person how to play Rummicube which is challenging to say the least. We looked forward to our games very much. I will miss them terribly but know who to call when I'm in need of care. I would recommend them to all.
