The caring staff was what sold us on this small, family-style place for our 90-year-old mom, who has been living there for 6 months. They have Mom in their hearts and do everything possible to ensure her happiness and health. The director is incredibly loving and a real mother hen to the small number of residents. We feel a deep sense of trust in the staff that is very reassuring. They have a lot of fun activities Mom really enjoys.

Our family experience was nothing short of being wonderful. The staff always made my mom feel important and treated her with dignity. She was always clean, her room for the most part kept up nicely, the kitchen staff was very sweet and the food delicious. When we did have concerns our calls and emails were always returned, issues were always resolved. My mom started on a respite, if she didn't like Aegis she could return home . She stayed on. I recommend paying Aegis a visit before you decide, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The staff at Nova Springs is incredible. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, this is the place. It is Beautiful, and clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better place and care for my grandfather at the end of life.

This is a 16 bed facility , in the midest of lot of open land , sandymont park , Finksburg library, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The facility gives a very home like environment , daily fresh meals . One on one care , personal interaction and a physician manager in house . The procedures are very organized, and the costs are very reasonable based on the services . The facility is managed by very experienced staff . I strongly recommend this place

This is a small (total of 16 rooms) facility located next to the public library and across the street from a nice park. It is easy to get to but only has parking for 8 or 9 vehicles at a time; although there is a LOT of parking across the street at the park. The place is very clean, the food is prepared fresh every day, the staff is very friendly. The only real downside is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of organized activities.
