Most of the caregivers are great, management sucks. They have no shows and don't call until the caregiver is supposed to be at the house, then make excuses. The caregivers seem to be pretty good, so it makes me wonder if the management is just outright lying about things. If you are a squeaky wheel, then they make all sorts of other demands and rules they never mentioned to try and get you to fire them. Stay away. So sad that good caregivers work for such a mismanaged place.
