Most of the workers at Commonwealth were kind and loving with my mother but we were disappointed that the home was inadequately staffed. During her time there they were not able to retain an activity director and thus left that part of the schedule ignored. Chair aerobics in the morning never happened even though it was on the posted calendar. Encouraging movement may be the most important gift they could give their residents but we never experienced it. The business model is flawed if residents' charges are increased when more care and attention is needed but no additional staff are hired.

My mother has been at CSL Cockeysville for a little over a month. She loves it there! The staff and administrators are very sweet and patient with her and all of the residents. It is bright and cheerful and is kept very clean. She is in the memory care building and they communicate with me constantly about everything that needs my input or may be of concern. It is not far from my home so I am able to pop in almost daily. I am always impressed with how they care for all of the residents. I looked at a few other places for Mom but I'm very happy that we chose Commonwealth Senior Living at Cockeysville! It is reasonably priced for the area. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a professional and compassionate home for their loved one.

My Mom has been at Commonwealth, in Cockeysville for 5 1/2 months now, and I have to say that I am so very, very pleased with the care and attention that the staff give her. They are also exceptionally supportive of the family members, cheerful, and really very nice. I have had lunch there, with my Mom a few times, and she loves the food and it is nutritious, and tasty. They keep her room neat and orderly and the fact that it is a smaller facility means she gets plenty of attention. I highly recommend this facility, and I'm so glad that Mom is safe, and well-taken care of!

while the staff members here are patient and kind, everything on the advertising of this place is untrue at best, no chef prepared meals- instead its dethawed pizza with fritos on top, or perhaps a bowl of rice with nothing else. Not getting what you think you are paying for here. It is depressing and like prison

My father has been in the facility for about two weeks and the staff could not be nicer. They are very attentive and helpful and while my dad doesn’t want to be there he needs to be and they make sure he has help calling home when he wants and they keep me informed of what he needs. Hoping we don’t have to make this situation permanent but if we do I know he is in good hands

My mother entered Commonwealth Senior Living at the end of August 2021. This facility is less than 2 miles from our house and has a warm country cottage look and feel. Her room has 2 large windows and she can see deer and fox pass by. This is wonderful! The staff are all very friendly and kind hearted, easy to reach by phone and e mail. The young ladies that care for my mom are outstanding. Several of them sing old Baptist hymns with her! She feels safe and loved there. My family is so thrilled to have found this unique place for her. We feel like they are all family now!!
