We have had my dad at Brightview in Catonsville for over seven years now!! They have been wonderful to work with on every level. The everyday care has been exceptional and they seem to be in tune with my dads increasing needs over the years. They provide a genuine sense of community among the residents during some of the tougher years. I would recommend to brightview to anyone looking for a place to stay for their loved one.

My mother has been at Brightview’s Memory Care unit (Wellspring Village) for a few months and has adapted remarkedly well. I did extensive research before deciding on Brightview and they have far exceeded my expectations! The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most importantly, they consistently demonstrate a priority for resident care and attention to detail. They monitor her diet, order medications, arrange vaccinations and physician visits. Responses to my questions are timely and general communications are informative by the Director of Wellspring, Director of Nursing, the Brightview Executive, Nurses, Physicians, Physical Therapist, and Concierge. My mother seems comfortable in the Wellspring environment. They conduct many activities to engage the residents and keep them mentally active. I highly recommend Brightview!

Our family member has been a Brightview Catonsville resident for nearly ten years. Brightview is consistently well-maintained and well-managed by professionals who are caring, supportive, and responsive. Both the leadership team and the services teams promote a positive culture of shared responsibility in care giving. The assisted living team works well with the family and responds quickly. The health services team works well with the family, the family doctor and support practitioners. Overall, Brightview listens and informs, is transparent in communication and navigates problems and challenges carefully and thoughtfully. Residents are encouraged to engage and participate in activities and entertainment. Brightview continues to meet our expectations for a clean, healthy, safe and secure environment where family awareness is central and our mother is valued and her care and comfort are a priority.

Brightview Catonsville has been outstanding over the past year at providing the best possible care for my sister who is a resident. The staff makes every effort to insure the health and welfare of the residents. Family members and friends of the residents are constantly informed of the status of the residents, staff and the facility.

The staff at Brightview are extremely patient and caring. They are always focused on ensuring that our mother is getting the best possible care. She is fully engaged in all the activities and is so happy to be living there. Having her at Brightview has given me and my family peace of mind that she is being cared for so compassionately and is in a safe environment that she can call home!

My mom has been at the Catonsville Campus for 6 plus years. While in assisted living she was able to attend activities and go out as she desired, while her medicine and other necessary needs were monitored by staff. Very pleasing to see consistent care. As she became more vulnerable, she was moved to WellSpring. There her life's accomplishments and pleasures are honored by staff. They look for any triggers that may upset her and work diligently in reducing agitation. She loves to attend the many activities offered by WellSpring, and she is never made to feel uncomfortable about any of her aging mishaps. They actually very work hard at understanding the experience each resoident goes through with aging and tries to work toward quality life experience for each. There are plenty of family occasions offered throughout the year and support with a better understanding of the progression of the resident's situation is offered to the family. Very pleased with Brightview.

Brightview Senior Living lives up to its name. My mother has lived at the Catonsville facility for five years now. On average, I visit Mom three times a week and have come to know the facilitys staff and management well. They provide a positive and supportive environment for the residents and the facility has a very good location. If you want a right-sized and right-attitude place for your loved one, then I recommend you consider Brigthview Catonsville.

I'm always amazed at the amount of activity that goes on here. Every time I visit, there are at least 15 people singing, painting, or having drinks on the porch. Had a chance to meet the new director and was very impressed. Heard they are going to start first floor renovations soon and I'm looking forward to seeing the change. Grateful for all they do!

My sister and I had toured several assistant living facilities but, nothing compares to Brightview in Catonsville. From the moment we walked in and met with Alan, we knew that this would be moms new home. Mom moved in a few weeks ago and shes now enjoying life again. She was at home isolating herself from family and friends. The staff has been incredible at encouraging her to participate in activities as well as taking excellent care towards her personal needs. I can sleep well at night knowing that mom is in great hands.
