I met with staff over a year ago and they added my sister in law to their waiting list. I've visited the facility 4 times and on my last visit for updated info I was told my sister in law wasn't on the waiting list. Messages go unanswered. Never can reach anyone by phone. Just looking for a response.

I've been here two years now and for the most part things are ok, but when you have a problem thing go down hill quickly. I need a new kitchen faucet, so I purchased one from Amazon, thinking that the maintenance staff could install it. WRONG!! Management tells me it's against their policy. I'm in a wheelchair and have a hard time with the hard to reach and very stiff faucet. But they can't help me. I'm a very unhappy camper.!!!

I moved in 2 months ago. The building is noisy day and night. The rental office lies and the maintaince staff is unprofessional as well as the look Leasing pffice staff. The building is not kept as clean as it needs to be because of the cleaning company they hire.
