After seeing my dad today, he looks so much better than he did in his other facility. He had transferred only 2 weeks ago but seems to be back to himself. My mom is there as well and I'm very happy with the care they both are receiving. Thank you.

I had a great experience while visiting a family member at this care facility. The staff was very respectful and helpful to me and my family. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a family member who needs care.

Only a portion of the nursing assistants understand what quality patient care is about. Some were outright gruff and obnoxious to me, especially on the night shift. However, the PT, OT & ST staff. were wonderful, as well as a majority of the nursing staff. There were a couple of nurses who were rude and pushy. Food was always cold, and my room was like a refrigerator for the majority of my month and a half stay. Even a brand new window heating unit that was installed shot cold air out of one of the vents. The brightest spot in my experience At Sterling was working with an NA named Keesha Perry. She truly understands what quality patient care is all about.

This place needs to take a close look at the people they hire. I think some are just there for pay and not to help! You expect patients to get better so they can actually leave but you barely give them the means to get better! You have nasty staff members who get attitudes when a patient asks for help. Some staff are rough with elderly and that is NOT acceptable. I'm surprised there aren't dozens of lawsuits filed on this place! Patients need help and there are staff members not doing anything but can't help! Horrible. Some staff is decent, so thank you to those who actually care. The rest need to learn how to calm down and do the job they were hired for. One day they'll go through this and understand. EDIT: I'm not reaching out to anyone. I'm staying anonymous so it doesn't come back on the patients. I've told you to look into it; that's all you need. Listen to your patients and the reviews and fix your staff.

My experience overall was good, a few areas need improvement, food not appetizing or hot, not enough staff. But the staff that is here is very caring & kind. They work so hard to take care of everyone. I wish they had a few more employees to help, mostly in nursing. These girls run as fast as they can.

I am giving this place two stars only because my mother did like some of the therapists. My mother was here recently for two weeks. I highly do NOT recommend. It was dirty and no one ever cleaned the rooms or bathrooms. It takes asking MANY different people something just to get anything done. My mother, father, and I kept bugging people for days just about a freaking tv remote!!!! My mom was not able to get a proper shower or anything while she was here. And they took some of her clothes to be laundered, which she never got back. Plus they tried getting her to stay a few extra days due to a bruise or something they never even really even addressed. But I know it was because of $$$. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have to say most of the staff here were very nice some will speak & some wouldn't speak back but the point of the matter is my father was treated well & kind, the social worker was amazing she kept me up to date on my dad & made sure I got everything that was needed for his time there. Besides alittle upgrade that's needed like the Tvs this seems to be a very good & clean environment.

I recently spent 2 weeks at Sterling Health after 12 days in the Hospital. I told the Hospital to send me home, too tired for rehab, they fought back stating a Huge mistake on your part. I decided to go to rehab and it made a Big difference. I was taken into their Lobby in a wheel chair, and walked out on my own power. There are many patients there, but they make you feel important.

My family member has been here for almost a year and I am very please with her care. The staff are responsive to my requests in regards to her care and her nurse is truly a gift. The Administrator of this facility is very accessible and kind and always checking in to be sure everything is satisfactory.
