I grew up in cherrydale apartments in the 80+90s. My late great aunt Ms. Hattie Louise butler was the very 1st EVER tenant to move into the complex at the 1204 Cherryhill rd apt E building back in 1958 I believe! To live in cherrydale back in the 80s and 90s was like living in luxury . I have so many great nostalgic members and moments from back then I could write a book. I miss my aunt, she passed back in 2012

I love it here Maintenance requests are promptly handled. Security on site at night, And its a gated community which is a plus. On site laundry rooms at your convenience, and friendly staff. I love it here. No rodents at all and thats more than I can say for any surrounding apartments or townhomes in the area.
