This has to be the worst rehab center in the Baltimore. Parkville location was purely terrible. Some staff members we great. The whole operation was organized kaos. Never refer them.

My step mom seems so happy at Autumn Lake Healthcare, she's kept clean and entertained, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy my visits with her, she has adjusted very well.

The food sucks, when you put the call light on no one response for 10 minutes. Patients are all given water to take meds from a single pitcher of water in a small cup. The person I was visiting was given hot water only in place of coffee for dinner. It was not reported. One Patient screams morning, noon and night very disturbing for rehabilitation. The staff has been very accommodating otherwise, some not so nice.

I am still impressed with Autumn Lake Post Acute Care. It's been almost a year. It's walking distance, the place is clean, the staff always greet you with a smile. Sending a S/O to Admissions for getting him and setup right away. Also thanking Social Work, Wound Care, GNA's for the wonderful care they provide. It's a very friendly nursing home that just so happens to be where my oldest sister works and where our dad is now for care and it's close to my moms house they've really been there for me and my family for the care of my dad

I must say I have been in healthcare since 1997 and this is one of the best working atmospheres I've been in a loooong time let me first start by saying the Administrator the DON AND THE ADON Are all fantastic AND I WILL LIST ALL MY REASONS FOR SAYING IT BUT FIRST SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE NURSES ESPECIALLY ROSE IKE IKEEM AND MANY OF THEM ON THE FIRST FLOOR I HAVENT SEEN THIS TYPE OF COMPASSION TOWARDS RESIDENTS in A VERY LONG TIME THEY CARE!!! About the residents and there well beingas I mentioned above the administration Don and adon respect their staff they are approachable always involved in activities with and for the resident and staff you really feel appreciated here from the front desk to the staff on the floor and the hr and scheduler they are all dynamic people I feel so excited going to work the level of respect the staff have for one another and for the residents is amazing this place is where you want to be I absolutely love it I plan on keeping me a seat at this table until I retire the orientation in class process is great you learn so much and the instructor IKE is about his business he wants you to win and he teaches as so amazing place plus you get a bonus that you don't have to wait forever for it's just an amazing place and all the Gnas especially the first floor second shift are dynamic the care given the supplies are well stocked just a awesome place I am so happy to finally be at a facility where they actually care about the residents and the staffgreat place to work you I love it my soul is finally happy to witness the level of love care and compassion that I thought was gone from nursing homes but it's truly evident in this facility oh and I forgot to mention the most amazing supervisors Mr George and nurse Chrissy supporting us with their very positive attitude and presence
