A Ray of Light is A Ray of Sunlight:Peace of Mind! After several months of trying to get the the application process with the state of Maryland, social workers and doctors, my cousin was placed here with help of owner founder Germaine. The house is very clean and peaceful. They have a homelike atmosphere where the staff members are very professional and offers family centered, family-oriented care.
