I am deeply disappointed by the level of professionalism and compassion I experienced while communicating with Ms. Susan Hill regarding housing availability for my father through Morris Blum. My father is currently experiencing homelessness and sleeping outside, so reaching out for assistance was already an emotionally stressful situation for our family. I initially contacted Ms. Hill on May 14 seeking information and assistance, but the response I received came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking empathy. Unfortunately, when I reached out again today, I experienced the same unprofessional communication. I understand that housing organizations and staff may be overwhelmed, but families seeking help deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism — especially during vulnerable situations. A little compassion and clear communication can make a major difference for people already dealing with hardship. I hope this feedback encourages Morris Blum to review how potential clients and their families are spoken to and supported during difficult times. I asked for Ms. Vicki email to make this complaint and Suzanne has went silent.

I love my place but the only thing is the gas smell..a gas leak sole the guy downstairs put in a work sheet for maintenance to come and shut out the gas

There are many things that Morris Blum needs to work on but the maintenance crew here is top notch. Art, Otto and Devon are worth their weight in GOLD. If you have a problem just put you request in and relax. It’ll be done befor you know it. If that’s one of the things you look for, like me, this place is it.
