I have had a wonderful experience with Freedom since my mother came home from rehab September 8th after a large stroke. Their schedulers are efficient, polite, creative and always prompt at communicating. I have called at all hours and immediately gotten through. They have accommodated my ever-changing needs graciously! The caretakers they send me are uniformly well-trained, capable, caring and joyful! They are prompt and I can count on them. They have developed a checklist on my mother, so I don’t have to “recreate the wheel” with each new person. In the rare case there has been a personality conflict with my mother they have made sure to not send that person again, but have found another more compatible caretaker. I highly recommend Freedom!

Freedom Home Care provided care for my elderly mother for about 2 years. They were responsive to our requests as we tried to find the best caretakers that my mom liked and that would care for her well. After several experiences with aides, they were able to find just the right “fit” for our needs.

We went through several other caregivers at another large agency prior to coming to Freedom Home Care. The owner Diana took the time to meet with us in person and find the right caregiver that fit my mothers complex needs. Having that face to face interaction was personal and we didnt feel like numbers. During the most stressful moments during my mothers care, it was nice knowing we had a caregiver who was actually perfect in every respect. We are so grateful that our mothers last days were spent with caregivers who cared for her as a person and made our lives so much easier. Thank you Diana and FH caregivers!
