I had a great experience as a caregiver. Management responds promptly to your concerns and requests. They timely send out all the needed documents or care plans for your review or reference to keep you updated about the clients. My schedule was well managed and there is always an opportunity for more hours (if you are looking for it). They valued a client-centered approach; they help you to match the client who required your care competencies. I had a great experience with each of my clients.
