My mother was a resident at Parc in 2024 until her passing. Because I live close by, i had the unique privelage of being able to visit everyday. Therefore, I have a consistent perspective of Parc - my mothers personal environment there, the common area environment there, the Parc staff, and the other Parc residents. I thank God/the Universe every single day that ultimately my family chose Parc for my mother's living arrangement because never in a million years could I have found a better place than Parc. Never having been in the situation of finding elderly assisance before, I didn't even know how I was going to get it done (with the sea of information on-line regarding funding, safety, location etc). From day one - that's where Parc's "let's make this happen" professionalism, knowledge of the system guided me...what I couldn't do by myself. There were so much intake help. Each specialized department made it happen. After that was done and Mom was in, I'd say Mom, how do you like it here? Are you ok"? "Ohh I feel like I'm in a grand hotel, honey, thank you." Warmed my heart Each resident has their own apartment within the building with 24/7 access to staff. The activities director Stephanie always has something stimulating planned. My mother used to really like the "Happy hours" provided to residents. My mom: "Oh the Watermelon martinis today were delightful" .. The nurses, the aids, everyone.. just Aces. Quality humans above & beyond. I am so so so grateful for The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living. Thank you

However, the staff made her feel safe and introduced her to other residents, which greatly helped with her transition. Before coming to The Parc, my mother was lonely and depressed. Now, she has many friends and laughs all the time. She takes her medication daily and is the happiest she has ever been. This place is more than a community; it is a family. We are truly blessed that The Parc at Harbor View had a place for my mom. I have peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. She enjoys three nutritious meals a day, and if she doesn’t like what’s on the main menu, the kitchen staff is happy to prepare something else. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are always plenty of activities for the residents. Recently, a local performer entertained everyone after dinner, and the entire dining room was clapping and singing along. The staff is approachable, compassionate, kind, and patient. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother. I highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View Senior Living to anyone looking for quality assisted living.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The facility is well maintained, clean and very welcoming to family and residents. My family member is very happy there and enjoys all the activities each day ( which are multiple ) and of course enjoys dining with fellow residents. The interaction amongst staff and residents is so nice to see. It helps my family happy to see our loved one is cared for in a lovely way. I am truly impressed with the property, staff and accommodations. Very lucky we found this facility.

Weekday staff is great. Weekend receptionist is rude to my mother . She eats at the desk, watches tv at the desk and reads at the desk. She acts inconvenienced by residents and barely says hello. Fast forward to 2022 everyone there is doing someone else’s job and not very well! Very concerned that people I know are removing their loved ones. dont expect weekend activities even though we pay for services 7 days a week. in dire need of a qualified activities director. they are using the former receptionist and a kitchen helper.

I facilitated the move of a close friend to the Parc at Harbor View. He lived alone for many years so I had some trepidations about how well he would adjust. I am pleased to report that he thoroughly enjoys his new home and that is exactly what it is. He looks forward to the communal meals. These and the scheduled and varied events at the Parc give a wonderful focus to his day. They are diverse to appeal to everyone and I'm so happy that meaningful activities are part of his daily routine. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is beautiful and very safely walkable. He loves watching the planes take off and leave from the beach across the street. By the way, there is no airplane noise in the building due to excellent sound proofing, something for which we are most thankful. .The Facility is gorgeous Just walking the halls is a pleasure with its beautiful furnishings and art work and a staff who are so friendly and caring. We had visited other facilities but this one was the one for which we were looking. His apartment is beautiful and very well maintained, as is the rest of the building. His family , friends and I are so happy there are people who are watching him in a very non-obtrusive fashion but enough to ensure his safety and well-being. The staff at Parc go above and beyond to take care of their residents even in challenging circumstances. My Aunt has been in assisted living for over 5 years and can't wait to return home. Hopefully all residents will be home for holidays, our family is extremely grateful for everyone at Parc!

My sister is a resident at Parc and her experience there has been top-notch. The staff is professional and expert in their fields. They are also compassionate and kind. The amenities including dining are excellent and the facilities are immaculate. The move to Parc was a great decision.

Today we prepared my sister’s apartment for her arrival in a few days. We set up her bedroom and unpacked some kitchen items. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful as we had a mattress delivered as we literally just walked in the door. The staff had the room ready and the move went smoothly. As we waited to leave snd were at the front desk, I listened as a resident asked for assistance. The care and the empathetic ear was so nice to witness. The resident was treated so kindly and efficiently. I later received a phone call from Rachel, who had given us a thorough tour about a month earlier. She asked us if we needed anything else to please let her know. She had called on her day off. I thought it was very nice, especially since it was a long holiday weekend. We are looking forward to my sister having a wonderful place to live. Thank you, Rachel, Didi, and Janelle!

I moved my mom in a facility very close to my home for 5 years and I spent 7 nights a week there with her and the staff. I liked most of the staff however they didn’t stay long. I had many issues with management so I moved her to the Parc in January of 2020 just before the pandemic and since the move mom has received hands on care, gained weight which was a necessity after losing nearly 20lbs in the previous facility. At the Parc she gets lots of love from the staff. She is now smiling and flourishing instead of crying and for that I am grateful. Making the switch from the Parc was the best decision I’ve made for those looking for great care with a solid staff. Mom is in the memory care at the Parc. I highly recommend you give it a look when trying to place your loved one. I give it 5

My father has been a Resident at The Parc at Harbor View the last five years. The Parc is a lovely senior living community located in Winthrop, a small town conveniently located just ten minutes from Boston/Logan Airport. My Dad lives in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the Boston skyline. It's a great setup - perfect for a single Resident or a couple. It has everything he needs plus added safety features like a walk-in shower, grab-bars in the bathroom, and emergency cords. Even though our Dad is an Independent Living Resident, the team at The Parc has taken wonderful care of him in terms of meals, activities, engagement, etc. Having three meals in the dining room daily included is an excellent opportunity for him to socialize and stay connected to other Residents which he'd not be able to do if he were living alone. The peace of mind The Parc at Harbor View has given my sister and I is absolutely priceless. Knowing our Dad's not isolated, in a nice/comfortable space and interacting with people daily, allows us to go about our own lives. We take comfort in the fact he has a much better quality of life at The Parc than living on his own. Lastly, I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at The Parc has been with communication; particularly the Leadership Team. When caring for an elderly parent, you can't help but worry, and always getting a timely, personal and thorough response over email or the phone from The Parc is so incredibly helpful. Anytime we ever have a special request, need or issue the team has been fast to respond and work together with us on a resolution. I'd love to also call out the fantastic activities staff and front desk team that always goes above and beyond and does a fantastic job of making our Dad feel right at home. I would highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View to those looking for a Senior Living Community for themselves or a loved one.

Finally I feel really good about my Mother's new home. Dominique the Director at the Parc at Harbor's was extremely professional with the application and throughout the moving in process. Dominique answered all of my questions and put me very much at ease, as well as promptly following up on every detail with me. Most of all I'm confident now my mom is safe and treated exceptionally well. The staff at the property delivered the same professionalism and caring attitude as Dominique. I also should mention how well the building was maintained. Both my mom who moved in and me were both very impressed with the elegant atmosphere at the home.

My family and I could not be more pleased and grateful for the care and attention that my Dad is receiving at the Arbors at Winthrop. At first we were all a little nervous about him leaving the family home, but he has really flourished at the Arbors. He has been a resident there for the past 2 years and during this time it has truly become his new home. In fact it is as if we have joined an extended family. The accommodations are beautiful, the atmosphere is home-like, they offer a varied choice of activities, and the staff is kind, caring and go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend this setting for you or your loved one(s) who for whatever reason are seeking similar living arrangements.
