I went there to visit my grandmother and was greeted by one of the CNAs, her name was Tiffanie. She was very helpful and gave me multiple explanations behind what was what and why. I really feel that if she wasnt there, I would have been a little confused as the building is so big and theres a bunch of people. 10-10

Incredible facility! The staff is so caring and attentive to the residents and their families. Its always clean, the employees are cheerful and the building is gorgeous. The food is top notch. They have many activities and outings. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for a loved one, I highly recommend you visit!

I would like to give a big pat on the back of all the staff at Broadview. I recently cared for a lovely women there and observed first hand the care and professionalism of the staff there especially the nite crew. That is not to say the rest of the staff wasn't . There was a few weeks that the whole facility was ill. The care and work that the staff did was amazing. It really goes to show how special our heath care people are. Families should be happy to know how good their loved ones are cared for and treated,. With respect and open heart. This is a greatly run place and it makes me a proud Winchendonian to say it is in MY town!!!!

My dad LOVED everyone there. They took very special care of him and we are so glad he lived there. When I'm a little older, I want to live there, too!!
