Our mom has been at Orchard Valley memory care since March 2026. We are very pleased with the care she is receiving- staff is very compassionate and kind towards our mom. We have forged great relationships with administrative staff and resident care attendants. We had toured several other memory care facilities before placing our mom at Orchard Valley and are very pleased with our decision. Most favorable is the cleanliness of facility - no odors when walking down corridors, excellent meal options, regular housekeeping and laundry. Abundance of activities for residents with weekly bus rides that get residents out periodically. Beautiful secured courtyard to enjoy outside picnics provided by the facility. Highly recommend if you are looking for a well run facility for your loved one.

My mom is a resident at Orchard Valley. She had been diagnosed with dementia probably 6-9 months prior and was declining rapidly. Since moving in she has done remarkably well and the disease seemed to slow down a bit. I believe the smaller family like atmosphere has helped as well as the staff. She was allowed to bring her cat so I'm sure this helps. The staff is what makes the place! They are all so kind and helpful to the residents. I am there at a minimum every other day and constantly witness them going above and beyond to be helpful. It is an older facility and therefore has a few minor drawbacks but easily overlooked when I see the constant prompts and checks staff make. Seeing the many acts of kindness performed by staff there is so reassuring when entrusting your vulnerable family member to their care. I would recommend this facility without hesitation. The moment you walk into the building you can see how warm and welcoming everyone is. It is on the smaller side, feels like a bed and breakfast instead of being overwhelmingly big like most assisting living buildings. I always enjoy coming to visit with my loved ones.

I toured the community for my dad. What stood out the most was many residents were gathered in the lobby before dinner and a worker was playing a trivia game. They were all playing and having fun. My dad would definitely fit in here!

The people here are incredibly friendly whether you’re strolling through the neighborhood or attending a local event, there’s always a welcoming vibe. We are so impressed with the care that our family member receives. The staff is amazing! The professional and compassionate care that is shown from the executive director thru to the person who does laundry or housekeeping. I have not encountered any staff member who wasn't smiling and wishing me a good day.

My 2 parents have been here about 8 months. They have adjusted very well to this friendly and welcoming new home. The staff is very supportive to their needs and the activities are quite creative. Best care for people around!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Homey Place for elders to live. They're cozy accommodating apartments with people there to help those that aren't able to live alone anymore. A nice balance between independence and help when needed. Everyone is friendly and the surroundings are very clean and stylish decor.
