Staff is attentive, caring, and a joy to be with. They host many family events and share their warmth with all of us. Yesterday we attended the BBQ and had a great time with family and friends. Thanks Arbors/Westfield!

Our family went to 4 or 5 memory care units to find the best one for our family member. We loved the Reflections program at the Arbors in Westfield the best for several reasons. It was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inclusive. We especially liked the director of the program ( Talin Ganemian) who was cheerful, positive and reassuring. She really understands how Alzheimer's affects a person and helps the family understand it too. Since our family member has been there they appear calmer, content and not at all upset if we leave. They no longer ask to go home. They have received excellent medical care as well. Most medical services like PT, Ot and visiting nurses are done on site. At all times they have encouraged our family member to make their own choices and they focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses. All the staff, from the receptionist to the program staff to the medical team, are positive and supportive. We have had only positive experiences at the Reflections Program at the Arbors in Westfield.

Heidi, along with all staff members are so wonderful. My Grandmother is very happy to be there. She has met and made lots of new friends. The activities along with the services provided are very helpful and also bring joy to my Grandmother. The staff members are very involved with our family. Always greeting us with a smile. It is very comforting knowing my Grandmother is always happy and glad that she made the decision to move to Arbors. We highly recommend Arbors because they have made our Grandmother so happy and it warms our heart.

Our Mom moved into the Arbors 4 years ago and it was the best move we could have made! The management and staff are fantastic and treat all the residents as family. The facility itself is lovely and Mom has her own apartment with her own things - just like home. Everyone there is extremely friendly and a welcoming environment. They even had her favorite ice cream in the fridge on move-in day!

If you are looking for a place where your family members can live in a caring community, please consider the Arbors Assisted Living in Westfield. This year has been one of many challenges but we have felt continued love and support from all of the staff members. They are genuine, caring, experienced, entertaining, communicative, creative and most of all concerned and involved with each resident.Thanks to everyone at the Arbors for such good care of Mom and Dad!

Two of our beloved family members moved to The Arbors at Westfield last October. They love it and we love that the administration and staff truly care about the residents living there. Everyone looks out for them to make sure they are happy and well. We are especially grateful to them for keeping everyone safe during this horrible Covid 19 pandemic. It has been hard on everyone, including the residents, staff and family members but the administration has done everything possible to keep them safe. A big thanks to The Arbors! Ray and Sandie

My mother has been there a few years now and I would definitely recommend this place to others. She met friends right away. She loves not having to cook and clean, and she enjoys so many of the activities; playing cards, bingo, birthday parties, exercise classes and evening entertainment. Its been the best thing in the world for her social life. And its giving us such peace of mind that there is a wonderful on-site nursing staff. Mom is getting twice daily medication reminders, and that there are so many people there looking out for her. While the group activities are on hold right now due to Covid-19 the staff has been bringing around special treats to keep spirits up; chocolates, flowers, games, Cinco de Mayo treats and exercises to name a few. The building is very clean, the food is very good and the staff is very qualified, upbeat and caring. They have been going out of their way to accommodate us with special requests for birthday, Mothers Day and haircuts even during this Covid pandemic. Thanks so much to all of you at the Westfield Arbors for everything you do and for taking such good care of my mother!

I would absolutely recommend The Arbors in Westfield. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and helpful. Before moving my mother in, Alicia explained everything in detail, there were never any hidden charges and her door is always open for questions. Mary, the activities director, keeps the residents entertained and hopping with crafts, shopping, decorating and dancing just to name a few. The nurses and assistants truly care about their charges and watch over everyone like little mother hens. I wish I could move in!

My mom has lived here since April 2019. The staff is so wonderful and caring. The food is delicious. Its been a nice place for my mom to live independently, but with the assistance she needs. I would definitely recommend the Arbors at Westfield!!

My 93 year old Mom moved into the Arbors in July. Everything has been wonderful. She goes to exercise class, plays cards, goes on outings and says the food and entertainment is great! She says everyone, residents and staff alike, are all so kind and helpful. I have peace of mind that she is kept on track with her medicine and is well cared for by all. I love visiting her in this lovely place! Thank you all!
