Love the community feel of The Arbors at Taunton. Jess the Resident Care Director is an incredible advocate for her residents working in conjunction with one of the best Executive Directors Nellie Vieira. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I am a former employee of The Arbors at Taunton. I worked in the community for 5 years. Through out my time with the company I witnessed the daily commitment and care given by the staff. 365 days a year 24 hours a day- inclement weather, holidays, during their own personal busy seasons. No matter what is happening outside The Arbors doors, the residents are always priority once the employees walked through them. I feel fortunate to have watched the company grow and shift as needed during my time there. Many years later there are a number of residents that I helped care for still with the community; which I feel is a true testament to the care and services they have been provided.

My mom has been at The Arbors in Taunton for 6 months now, and our family is amazed at the number of caring and hardworking staff that are there. We have such peace of mind knowing Mom is getting the best care possible. From day to day healthcare to special activities and family events, everyone goes out of there way at The Arbors to make the residents and their families feel comfortable and cared for.

Dignity and respect are first two thoughts for both of my parents. Mom passed (2020 Dementia) staff always treated her with such care,respect,kindness and laughter. Dad has transitioned to a single room. Has been able to continue living with much caring, and vna services when needed. Total staff have gone out of their way to provide comfort and company. Everyone knows everybody and every guest is treated the same. Dad age 90 even played cornhole!
