I was there for 6 weeks. I have good and bad things to say. First I would rate it 80%. There were great people which I will name, names. Janepher Laurent RN was awesome. She took very good care of me. She was polite, caring and on top of my needs. Olga I don't know her last name. but she did a great job of taking care of me and my room mate. She was on the ball on helping me to wash up and my bed was always clean. As for my roommate she would always talk her into washing up and always tried to dance her way into the bathroom. She was always up beat and very caring. The PT was great I can't say enough about them. They made PT fun that I looked forward to going there. The social worker was very helpful on doing paperwork for me. some of the workers were great, some were very clicky and very moody. Now as far as the night people, some of the RN was rude. They would leave my room mate in pissy diapers till it was almost time to leave there shift, the would clean her up before there shift ended. She would be hanging 1/2 off her bed and they just left her like that at the night shift. At night they would be talking loud in the hall way and it would wake me up. never got good sleep there. There were great male workers at night that took good care of me and my roommate. So there were good and bad workers. I hope that the people I praised get recognitions for there great work. All and all I would go back there if I had to. Thank you for letting me give my opinion on this site. Elaine Carlson.

rst nexperience i have ever had astn one point i got sick and staff refused to respond i was sick because the doctor took me off cricsal meds for my mental health issuresi was so sick i became so angry i could not function i endedup [n medical unit when i came back i was hit with intimination comments so bad it hurt i was harrased constazntly i was never givin any milk i would not let anybody stay there some nurses quit blami;ng me masurah healy n shut it down sad

My experience at Chestnut Woods was nothing short of tremendous! I fractured my femur and thru the efforts of nursing and rehab I gained my strength back and started to walk. As a health care professional myself working as an RN and Director of Nurses I was impressed to say the least. I would recommend Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation to anyone looking for exceptional nursing and rehab needs. Thank you Chestnut Woods staff for your service.

Great Facility!

Currently a patient here recovering from surgery. The facility is recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly. They do have daily activities to help with the boredom. They have a nice seating area out back too.

My mom had a right knee surgery and then went to Chestnut woods for couple weeks. It was our first time rehab experience so was not sure how it goes? PT - Pam, Kim and William are awesome and so are the nurses and doctors. Thanks to them for their help!

The administration staff were very compassionate and helpful. The nurses as well as the therapists were wonderful to my dad and very supportive to our family. My dad made many friends during his stay here.
