I received very good rehab care at the Pilgrim. Staff were attentive to may needs and professional in their care. My therapies for a broken hip were both timely and effective. The two weeks of rehabilitation services set me up for a steady recovery process at home. Thank you Pilgrim. PS, I enjoyed the food.

My mom was a resident of rehab for four weeks after fracturing her hip and having surgery. Mom is 96 years old and did wonderful there. Physical therapy was amazing and the staff are great. A very happy place to be under the circumstances. The director and all the staff were amazing! My mom even loved the food! The cook is great!! I would definitely recommend this facility for your care.

I have been in a lot of rehabs since my stroke in 2016 and for me personally it has been by far the best yet. They really have figured out nursing and rehabilitation. The staff was real friendly and very knowledgeable and the care and respect they showed me was outstanding. From admissions Director Kane and everyone else I came into contact with went out of their way to make my 2 month stay enjoyable. The food is excellent from Lucy and her staff, especially Ramon the head chef. Every Friday they have a cookout and it is a great way to socialize with other residents. The PT and OT is exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of these services to check them out first. I liked it so much that I booked a room for next year.

This was my mom's second admission. And again my family & I truly appreciate all the care and love she was given. She loves Kane he is so kind & we all feel the same. The caregivers Marie Silencieux, Lauren Hurley & Mike Rose are the best very attentive.They made her feel comfortable and would pop in to check on her whenever they were there. And all the other caregivers that we may have forgotten their names thank you so much. And thank you to the all the therapist's, activities volunteers, administrations staff, doctors, nurses and the staff that checks you in out front all extremely friendly thank you!!!

The care my mother in law received at pilgrim was absolutely outstanding. The staff showed compassion and kindness to our entire family and was with us every step until she passed away. So grateful to the hard working nurses, CNA's and the rest of the staff for all they do.

My sister was at Pilgrim Rehab for a month and a half and received exceptional care. Everyone she worked with, the case manager, the facility administrator, nursing staff and cna's were very caring, patient , empathetic, and professional. My sister was on a feeding tube, oxygen, and was bedridden after suffering a stroke. She left today to return back home to Kentucky and was given a warm send off by numerous staff who looked after her every day. I want to commend all the hard working staff for taking really great care for her and the other residents. Thank you Pilgrim Rehab!

I was in the rehab section at Pilgrim nrs home and I truly have to say that I was very impressed From the moment I entered the facility , I was greeted right away by the staff and nurses . With a very warm welcome . The front desk , the nursing staff , the doctors and even the physical therapists were all kind and caring and accommodating . They actually took time to talk with you and to help the best they could . Hats off to the chef, omg , the food in pilgrim nursing home is award winning ! Hands down ! Also the activities director and staff were great people ! I also was elated to know that I could have my dog come visit me when my family came , and I truly enjoyed my little visit with Lydia the comfort dog ! She also gave me incentive to work hard at getting better . Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF at Pilgrim Nutsing home . Your all the best !

Overall, we were extremely happy with this facility. The administration, the front desk staff, most nurses and aides were wonderful. With any facility there are a few that just don't treat everyone the way you want, but in general this place was excellent. Special kudos to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Nursing and the front desk staff. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement.

The nurses and staff at Pilgrim Rehabilitation took great care of my mother and kept us updated throughout her stay. They truly cared about her and worked with us on her daily care and were always available for any questions we had. Our King Charles Cavalier spaniel, Jumbo, was also welcomed by staff and patients.

The staff at Pilgrim Rehabilitation took special care of my mother during her stay (hip replacement). She asked me to write this review on her behalf. She wanted to thank Isabella F., Dany, Trudy, Kristin T and Kane the Manager of admissions. My mother was extremely happy with the care she was given she told me the staff went out of their way to accommodate all her needs during her stay. The PT/OT staff encouraged her during her rehab, they had her get in/out of my Dad's car to see how well she could maneuver, she almost ran away! Thank you, Thank you for taking such good care of my Mum during her stay with Pilgrim Rehabilitation.
