Branches is a wonderful community. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Throughout the day there are many interesting activities that the residents can participate in. The staff is caring, helpful and supportive of both my husband and myself. Everyone from the nurses to the administrators are knowledgeable of my husband’s needs as well as my own and strive to help in any way they can. Branches is a great choice and I highly recommend this community.

My Mom moved into The Branches as a respite stay in mid-Sept 2022 after surgery and an extensive stay at a rehabilitation center. She requires 2 person assist with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting so our search for assisted living facilities was limited due to her high level of care needs. The Branches assured me they could meet her needs. I was apprehensive because other assisted living facilities told me her needs were too high to be met other than a long term care facility. I can say after a week of frequent visits, meeting with the staff (Director, Nurses, Home health aids) I was reassured my mom was getting the best care, much more than I could provide at home, which I was preparing to do if necessary. My Mom decided after 6 weeks of being at The Branches to stay as a resident. She has many friends, she loves the staff and facility. The socialization has greatly improved her quality of life. The Branches has exceptional caregivers, the nurses and home health aids are so kind, attentive and appreciate my concerns and respect my wishes. The dining staff are patient, attentive and friendly. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The Director and Sales Manager have been very patient and have accommodated our needs during the transition from respite to resident. I ask my Mom frequently, "are you well cared for and happy?", she replies "yes", without hesitation and a big smile. The facility is beautiful, filled with social areas for the residents to participate in different activities. There are many outdoor spaces to walk, sit and visit, with activities when the weather permits. I think anyone that is considering an assisted living facility should take a tour of The Branches.

I faced moving my frail elderly parents from one facility to another with real concern. The Branches of No. Attleboro not only calmed my fears but also showed an extraordinary level of empathy, care, and consideration as they did it. In the end, the move went well. The facility was warm and friendly, and we all felt at home at once. They have an unusual room layout that allowed my folks to share a space, almost like a mini apartment. As my mom is in memory care, this was unexpected and comforting for both of them. They did so many little things to help my mother and stepfather get comfortable. Nothing was too much – they were amazing. I think the real measure of an organization is its responsiveness. Now, I don’t have to fret about what’s going on and chase answers; they get right back to me, which really helps. Overall, this was a superior experience. I would really recommend The Branches to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents that’s caring, well-run, and staffed by professional, friendly people.

My father recently spent the last 3 weeks of his life at the Branches. He entered as a terminal patient on hospice, which was apparently not typical. We chose assisted living after keeping him at home as long as was possible, and we wanted something less "hospital-like" than nursing care, where we could regularly visit. The Branches was very homey, clean and beautifully decorated. The people he came in contact with were all very friendly and the administration was very willing to meet with us numerous times to discuss whether or not the Branches was the right fit and address any questions or concerns we had. In the end, we collectively decided that my dad's needs in terms of dressing, mobility and administration of pain medication were such that additional aides were needed to supplement the Branches nursing staff. This was a costly proposition as our expenses included both the room fees and the one-on-one aides. All this being said, we were very happy with the Branches as the final place where my dad resided. We always enjoyed our visits and never left depressed as there were so many signs of life around the facility and we knew Dad was well cared for. Unfortunately, given his weakened state, he did not get to enjoy many of the interesting and fun activities, but he did enjoy hearing piano music, eating in the lovely restaurant and a happy hour with friends and family. We would highly recommend the Branches as an Assisted Living facility that could be considered for a family's loved ones, depending upon their circumstances. Without question, it is a well-run, clean, attractive community.

A year ago my brother and I bit the bullet and moved our mother from NJ to The Branches of North Attleboro. We all had a difficult beginning, but we worked through the rough spots (tough time during the move in), staff and family earnestly engaged with and listened to each other. As complicated and emotionally taxing it is to move an 82 year old woman with dementia out of the only place shes ever lived, this has been an amazing and positive experience. The staff is fabulous, from exec. staff to the care associates, this is an organization that has figured out how to care for residents by caring for their employees. Throughout the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond my expectations, always with grace and empathy, dealing with very difficult and unpopular decisions. We couldnt possibly have taken care of Mom as well as The Branches of North Attleboro staff does everyday. A particular shout out to the associates in the Harbor memory care unit. They are the best!

If I could give this community 10 stars I would. The location is right off major highways, the staff treats everyone like family,very warm and welcoming community, high functioning,very active newer community, very clean and I have to say they communicate with you about everything. During COVID the staff worked above and beyond to keep residents and employees safe from the virus and keeping the community negative. Even now as phases are being lifted The Branches are still precautious just in case another wsve come. Its an affordable community that cares about your loved ones.

My grandmother lived here for the last 2.5 years of her life. I am a nurse practitioner and I live on the west coast. I managed her care from afar with the help of in town family. We had the opportunity to move through (aka into and out of) 2 other assisted living buildings in Attleboro before we found the Branches. I can tell you that hands down, with experience in many different ALFs that the Branches is top notch. Everyone in that building is caring and comes to work to make the residents lives better. My grandmother required increasing amounts of personal care- which stretched the limits of assistance and was always met with a can-do attitude. Her personal care ultimately exceeded what she would have received in a nursing home and the beautiful non-institutional environment made her feel like she was at home. This truly slowed her decline and allowed her to live happily for many months beyond what we would have expected. I encourage you to look at the longevity of the staff- many care facilities have a revolving door because this difficult work. My grandmother had consistent care staff who knew her and truly cared for her. Ask what happens at other buildings when you get sicker and need more care? Or if you get anxious and push your call button too much?The true answer at The Branches of NA is that they take care of you. I cannot day enough good things about the staff here. While other assisted living buildings in the Attleboros hold a profit driven focus- The Branches was consistently true to doing the right thing. Promising you could age in place, not be asked to leave and cared for. They walked the talk.

My mother was here recently for a 60-day respite stay after she finished rehab from having fallen at her home. This is a very well-run facility with excellent staff and programming. It is clean and beautiful and I cant imagine a better place for her to continue her recovery.
