This place is incredible, my Mother wasn’t interested in leaving her home of 30+ years but when it was time she clearly needed the help we had to make the move. We were told by a close friend that they took great care of his Mom until the end of her life. We reluctantly made the decision and Mom was NOT happy. Within a few days she asked me if she could spend the rest of her life here. Since then, they’ve gotten her involved in activities she never would have taken in her own, enjoys daily exercise that she never did before and has a stable of friends. The staff treats her incredibly well and have gone well beyond the call of duty in a way that allows her to maintain her dignity. I wouldn’t write this review if I didn’t sincerely believe this is by far the best place for my Mom. Thank you to Jim the director, the nurses, the restaurant staff and all the daily support staff.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Branches! My mom was scheduled to move there from another assisted living on Monday but unfortunately she was hospitalized last weekend and passed away. Even though my mom never got to move in she was excited about her upcoming move and was looking forward to it even just before she passed. Jim and Ron have become my new bffs. From the minute I met them I knew they were special and just now when I received beautiful sympathy flowers and a beautiful note from the Branches I knew we all had made the right choice for my mom. They are all loving and compassionate people and anyone who meets them will know that. I highly recommend you meet with them if anyone is considering an assisted living facility for their loved one. I love you all at the Branches ™

My Great Aunt Annabelle moved into Branches a little over a month ago and I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for her. She is 96, and had been living very independently her entire life, so at first, she was very anxious and nervous about a new transition moving into assisted living. Very quickly, the welcoming, warm, professional staff helped her immensely in every way - easing her transition just as if they were family. This facility is in new condition and kept very clean at all times with a very homey’ feel. The residents also made her feel as if she knew them for years. She quickly made good friends who invited her to eat dinner with them and invited her to all activities. We were also amazed at the delicious/numerous food choices throughout the day. Very quickly, she has regained her enthusiasm for life, has her great smile back, gained back what was lost, looks forward to seeing her family, and especially, can’t speak enough of the care she is receiving. Branches has been a God send in so many ways - having my sweet great aunt back to her beautiful self. Everyday they offer a wealth of different and fun activities that she loves to attend with her new good friends. I visit just about everyday and I’ve come to love and appreciate all of the residents and staff. I think they are all truly amazing people and it gives me comfort knowing she’s well taken care of, and that she has a button that she wears that offers her assistance at anytime, as needed. It is amazing how responsive the staff is, and how much at home they make her feel. In a little over a month, she has made leaps and bounds’ and has flourished. I can’t thank each and every person at Branches enough and highly recommend them as your home away from home’ assistant living community.

I visited the facility in Thelma and her staff were completely amazing. They had karaoke on the day that I was there to visit. All the staff was extremely patient and kind. I wouldn't want my elders to be cared for by anyone else. The team you have deserves a raise!!!!

There are no words that can Thank the amazing staff at the Branches of North Attleboro for the care and compassion that they have shown both my Mom and Dad and our family. The Branches of North Attleboro is the best assisted living home in the area. Our loved one is absolutely thriving here. They are on top of everything and provide the level of care which is most appropriate for her. There is a stunning atmosphere and the activities are top notch. Just over the last couple of weeks they have had four concerts from piano to harp and vocalists by the fire all the while stimulating memories with nostalgic conversation. Jim, the director, is one of a kind and his caring and dedication to the residents is obvious as he knows them by name and takes time to talk with them. This place is also very clean and well-maintained. We are so very thankful for Jim, Ron, the nursing staff, support staff, and other residents who have made our loved one feel so welcome. My parents moved in to the Branches in July 2024. From the first moment we walked in for a tour, my sister and I were blown away by the facility, the staff, Nursing, Hospice and the management--absolutely everyone we have encountered there! Kind, caring, professional people who clearly love what they do and care for their residents and their family like their own family. The facility is immaculate, bright, cheerful and welcoming. The meals are amazing and programs are engaging and entertaining for the residents. They helped us with our father's last days, providing him amazing care, compassion and dignity while showing us such genuine support. They continue to help our mother thrive and we are thrilled to watch her make friends and become part of this wonderful community. Our family could not be more pleased and would recommend The Branches to anyone looking for the best possible care for their family member.

Both my mom and dad are residents at The Branches of North Attleboro You couldn’t ask for a better place for your loved one. Every single person who works there. no matter their position, absolutely and truly cares for your family like they are their family. The facility is gorgeous and immaculate. I love how they keep everyone engaged in activities.from special entertainment, to activities for the heart and soul and mind. Jim Catton has truly put his whole heart and soul into this place, and it certainly shows. I cannot describe how fantastic my parents' experience has been at The Branches. The facility is outstanding, but the staff is the real differentiator. Both of my parents became residents here after my father had cognitive issues related to an illness. He recently passed, and I cannot imagine the last year of our lives without the support of the staff at The Branches. These people genuinely care and felt like an extension of our family during one of the most trying years of our lives. If you're considering an assisted living community, you should absolutely have The Branches on your list.

Branches is a wonderful community. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Throughout the day there are many interesting activities that the residents can participate in. I faced moving my frail elderly parents from one facility to another with real concern. The Branches of No. Attleboro not only calmed my fears but also showed an extraordinary level of empathy, care, and consideration as they did it. In the end, the move went well. The facility was warm and friendly, and we all felt at home at once. They have an unusual room layout that allowed my folks to share a space, almost like a mini apartment. As my mom is in memory care, this was unexpected and comforting for both of them. They did so many little things to help my mother and stepfather get comfortable. Nothing was too much “ they were amazing. I think the real measure of an organization is its responsiveness. Now, I don’t have to fret about what’s going on and chase answers; they get right back to me, which really helps. Overall, this was a superior experience. I would really recommend The Branches to anyone who is looking for a place for their parents that’s caring, well-run, and staffed by professional, friendly people.

My Mom moved into The Branches as a respite stay in mid-Sept 2022 after surgery and an extensive stay at a rehabilitation center. She requires 2 person assist with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting so our search for assisted living facilities was limited due to her high level of care needs. The Branches assured me they could meet her needs. I was apprehensive because other assisted living facilities told me her needs were too high to be met other than a long term care facility. I can say after a week of frequent visits, meeting with the staff (Director, Nurses, Home health aids) I was reassured my mom was getting the best care, much more than I could provide at home, which I was preparing to do if necessary. My Mom decided after 6 weeks of being at The Branches to stay as a resident. She has many friends, she loves the staff and facility. The socialization has greatly improved her quality of life. The Branches has exceptional caregivers, the nurses and home health aids are so kind, attentive and appreciate my concerns and respect my wishes. The dining staff are patient, attentive and friendly. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The Director and Sales Manager have been very patient and have accommodated our needs during the transition from respite to resident. I ask my Mom frequently, "are you well cared for and happy?", she replies "yes", without hesitation and a big smile. The facility is beautiful, filled with social areas for the residents to participate in different activities. There are many outdoor spaces to walk, sit and visit, with activities when the weather permits. I think anyone that is considering an assisted living facility should take a tour of The Branches.

My father recently spent the last 3 weeks of his life at the Branches. He entered as a terminal patient on hospice, which was apparently not typical. We chose assisted living after keeping him at home as long as was possible, and we wanted something less "hospital-like" than nursing care, where we could regularly visit. The Branches was very homey, clean and beautifully decorated. The people he came in contact with were all very friendly and the administration was very willing to meet with us numerous times to discuss whether or not the Branches was the right fit and address any questions or concerns we had. In the end, we collectively decided that my dad's needs in terms of dressing, mobility and administration of pain medication were such that additional aides were needed to supplement the Branches nursing staff. This was a costly proposition as our expenses included both the room fees and the one-on-one aides. All this being said, we were very happy with the Branches as the final place where my dad resided. We always enjoyed our visits and never left depressed as there were so many signs of life around the facility and we knew Dad was well cared for. Unfortunately, given his weakened state, he did not get to enjoy many of the interesting and fun activities, but he did enjoy hearing piano music, eating in the lovely restaurant and a happy hour with friends and family. We would highly recommend the Branches as an Assisted Living facility that could be considered for a family's loved ones, depending upon their circumstances. Without question, it is a well-run, clean, attractive community.

A year ago my brother and I bit the bullet and moved our mother from NJ to The Branches of North Attleboro. We all had a difficult beginning, but we worked through the rough spots (tough time during the move in), staff and family earnestly engaged with and listened to each other. As complicated and emotionally taxing it is to move an 82 year old woman with dementia out of the only place she’s ever lived, this has been an amazing and positive experience. The staff is fabulous, from exec. staff to the care associates, this is an organization that has figured out how to care for residents by caring for their employees. Throughout the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond my expectations, always with grace and empathy, dealing with very difficult and unpopular decisions. We couldn’t possibly have taken care of Mom as well as The Branches of North Attleboro staff does everyday. A particular shout out to the associates in the Harbor memory care unit. They are the best!

My mother was here recently for a 60-day respite stay after she finished rehab from having fallen at her home. This is a very well-run facility with excellent staff and programming. It is clean and beautiful and I can’t imagine a better place for her to continue her recovery.

My grandmother lived here for the last 2.5 years of her life. I am a nurse practitioner and I live on the west coast. I managed her care from afar with the help of in town family. We had the opportunity to move through (aka into and out of) 2 other assisted living buildings in Attleboro before we found the Branches. I can tell you that hands down, with experience in many different ALF’s that the Branches is top notch. Everyone in that building is caring and comes to work to make the residents lives better. My grandmother required increasing amounts of personal care- which stretched the limits of assistance and was always met with a can-do attitude. Her personal care ultimately exceeded what she would have received in a nursing home and the beautiful non-institutional environment made her feel like she was at home. This truly slowed her decline and allowed her to live happily for many months beyond what we would have expected. I encourage you to look at the longevity of the staff- many care facilities have a revolving door because this difficult work. My grandmother had consistent care staff who knew her and truly cared for her. Ask what happens at other buildings when you get sicker and need more care? Or if you get anxious and push your call button too much?The true answer at The Branches of NA is that they take care of you. I cannot day enough good things about the staff here. While other assisted living buildings in the Attleboro’s hold a profit driven focus- The Branches was consistently true to doing the right thing. Promising you could age in place, not be asked to leave and cared for. They walked the talk.
