My mother spent her final years at Ashland Farms after living alone her entire life. She had age related memory issues, advanced Macular Degeneration in both eyes and failing hearing in her 91st and final year. The staff at Ashland Farms helped her achieve the best life she could have, in as independent a way as possible. Living with some form of independence was extremely important. The staff there were always ready to assist her, but only as she required it. They understand the needs of the elderly population as they transition to the final phase of life, which is the most difficult transition any of us will make. I trusted the staff at Ashland Farms to help my mom and I felt secure that she was in good hands. The staff was always open to input from me as what would work best for my mother and took my suggestions and implemented them without push back, as long as it didn't impact other residents. When the end did arrive, that is when the staff swung into action like I had never expected. They had contacts with Hospice and Home Again aid services that were invaluable in the final days. But, it was watching the entire staff attend to my mom with great care and concern I thought only came from myself, but really came from every member of the Ashland Farms team from the managing director all the way down to the bus boys in the dinning hall and each role in between. It was truly wonder to watch. I was dealing with my own grief and they were helping me as well as my mom. I have never seen such a caring group of people all working in one place. Do yourself a favor, strongly consider having Ashland Farms help your loved ones when their need for Assisted Living comes around. This is still a difficult portion of life, but the Ashland Farms staff helps guide you and your loved ones through it, in the best way possible.

My aunt Cora, Had lived at Ashland Farm for over two years. She passed away on March 15 she had lived at a Different assisted-living facility previous to moving there, and I needed to move her somewhere that offered better care and comfort as Aunti was in her mid 90s and needed a higher attention level than she was receiving at the previous location I looked at numerous locations to move her to, and after meeting with the staff Farm I knew I had made the correct choice, her two years residing at Ashland Farm were not only comfortable, but enjoyable for her I felt as though the attention they gave her could not have been better anywhere else the entire staff of nurses aids, dining room staff, and even maintenance were very helpful and enjoyable to deal with, And even though my aunt was no longer very mobile their Director of activities, Maureen even made a point to always reach out to Aunti and try to get her to participate or bring the activity to her I know my aunts final days were not only surrounded by loving family, but a very loving staff at Ashland Farm I would recommend Ashland Farm to anyone who is interested in assisted-living, or a higher level of care for someone who is at that point in life , It's comforting to know I will always have fond memories of my aunts last years alive because of their care and understanding Thank you Ashland Farm Tom Canto

We moved my Aunt and Uncle in a few years back. My uncle was in the Memory care and my aunt had her own apartment. They took good care of my uncle and it took the burden off my aunt of having to care for him. She would go upstairs and visit with him. The staff was great to both of them. My aunt could also enjoy activities and either bring my uncle or she could do stuff by herself and not have to worry about leaving him alone. They have a lot of activities for the residents and have get togethers and cook outs for the residents and their families. My aunt loves bingo and playing Rummikub. They also take van rides and take the residents to the market and doctor appointments which is very helpful. The staff is great as well. Everyone I have met have been very nice and helpful. Maureen the Program Director is great with the residents and does a lot of different activities and outings with them.

My two aunts were at Ashland Farm, one in the memory care and the other in assisted living. This facility is amazing! Both received excellent care and felt at home. The activities director, Maureen Healey, took extra special care of them and offered incredible activities to both. I highly recommend this great place.

My Great Aunt moved into Ashland Farms about a month ago and both her and my family have nothing but great things so say about this place. She has been so happy and loves the sense of community and all the activities set up by Maureen. Everyone is so caring and welcoming when we go visit. All around an excellent experience for all!

I placed my father in law at Ashland Farms in May of 2023 after a serious fall and months in rehab. Rehab insisted he was not a candidate for assisted living. He arrived at Ashland Farms frail, uninterested in getting dressed each day and 30lbs under weight. Today he is back to his healthy Weight, gets up and out and socializes every day. The team at Ashlans has given him his life back. Every Aid, Nurse, wait staff, activity staff member, front desk person and fellow residents have been simply outstanding. After a recent hospital stay, upon arriving back at Ashland he was welcomed with excitement and bright smiles and he gleefully told them all how happy he was to return home and how much he missed them all. I simply cannot say enough.

Ashland Farm is the senior living residence where I brought my mother in her final five years. She had dementia and had her leg amputated due to circulation problems. The staff at Ashland Farm knew how to assist and care for her situation. She was well treated and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about how nice, respectful and attentive the staff was to her needs. She enjoyed the activities set up by the activities staff who kept her engaged and active throughout her stay. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff did a good job of communicating with me about my mother's status all through her stay. The thing I will remember most about Ashland Farm are how nice and caring the staff was to all the residents. They obviously train their staff well to obtain this kind of caring and patience with all the residents. I would recommend AF for an assisted living residence.

Such an amazing place. My aunt moved there in January she is 96 and the transformation in her is amazing. Maureen the program director goes above and beyond for all her residents. Amy the Director also is Amazing both so caing and kind. Aaron the maintenance team is spectacular as well all he did when she moved I can't say enough his kindness and patience was amazing.

Ashland farms is a wonderful senior living community I have been blessed to have been part of now for over 8 years. I am a VNA therapist who visits many different assisted livings throughout the Merrimack valley and Ashland is different. It's home. If my mom ever needs a wonderful safe active community to join, I would absolutely have her join Ashland farms!!

Ashland Farm has been such a lovely, caring environment for our mom to have moved into. She has a lovely apartment, she feels safe and is well taken care of. We referred another close friend and they moved their mom in as well on our recommendation and also are very happy.

I enjoyed the warm atmosphere so much when I went to visit my aunt that I ended getting a job at Ashland Farm. My aunt was living in the traditional assisted living but since then I have had three more family members move to Ashland Farm, two in need of memory care. I wouldnt want them anywhere else. I know the care is compassionate , the engagement is amazing and the quality of living is exceptional.

My Aunt moved in last September and she is happy she is there. She has piece of mind that someone is there for her if she needs them. They check on her if they dont see her and all the staff is very nice to her. When I visit Im always greeted with a smile and they know me by name as well. Its a great feeling knowing that my aunt is in a place where the staff is like an extended part of the family. I would like to thank all the staff for doing a great job.

I HIGHLY recommend Ashland Farms!! Mom was apprehensive at first, wondering if she would regret leaving her condo. She moved in 3 wks ago (end of Jan) and every single day tells me how happy she is living there and its a good thing she goes to exercises daily cause the food is so good, shes afraid shell put in weight! The staff is so attentive to all her needs and wants. The first full day-night Mom was there, I was a bit nervous; like leaving your child off at college! Mom said that every one of the staff knew her by name and she really felt at home. As her daughter, I am SO RELIEVED that she is happy and safe and the whole staff is absolutely wonderful! It seems like Mom is 10 yrs younger! She has so much energy now with all the activities there! Any time I have a question-concern, they are on it immediately. The maintenance guy hung her flat tv on the wall and he was so nice. They cant do enough for the residents! We looked at many other assisted living places from Billerica to Salem to Haverhill. Ashland Farms just felt like Home!! And there is VERY LOW turnover in staff!! That is important! Mom has even called her friends to get them to move in there! It cant get much better!! I am so incredibly happy that Mom is living and THRIVING at Ashland Farms!

I cannot say enough about the staff over at Ashland Farm in No Andover. MA. My mom was a resident there for shot period of time And she was treated with utmost respect. I must say that we were made to feel very comfortable when we went to visit and they even left us with cell numbers so we could call at any time of day or night. When you're looking for a place to put your loved one it's a very hard decision to make. I Have checked out several other places and by far, this place wins hands down. The concept is very open, everyone is very friendly, the place is immaculate and the food is also extremely good (I've eaten there a few times.) I'm wanna thank the staff so very much for caring so deeply from my mom.

My parents moved in when living at home was no longer possible. I love the staff and the care for my parents. They do a good job trying to keep everyone busy with different activities and outings. It was so helpful to have the van available to take my dad in his wheelchair to his doctor's appointments. Now they both use the doctor that comes to Ashland. So convenient. They have helped ease my mind and helped me so much with the care of my parents. I highly recommend Ashland Farms.

My father-in-law lives here and they have been very accommodating to us and taken good care of him. The place has lots of good activities. The dining room serves nice meals in a very pleasant atmosphere. Check it out if you have need for assisted living or Alzheimer's care.
