We couldn't be happier with the care my father-in-law is receiving since moving to Cornerstone in June. He is very happy there and the staff has gone out of their way to make him feel special. He moved in for a short respite stay and decided he liked it so much that he wanted to stay! It is so much better for him to have more socialization and care than he had when alone in his own home or staying with us. I think he likes the food better than mine!

We moved my mother in back in July. It has been a great experience and they are really helping her get acclimated and involved. The staff has been exceptional and can't thank them enough.

There isn’t enough time or space to convey how amazing this facility is. The people are top notch. Above and beyond with their care, kindness and responsiveness. I still get overwhelmed by what a dream it has been to have my father here. We had SO many bad experiences before coming here. I doubted we would ever get my father good care .....and then came Cornerstone. I was in disbelief, thought it might be short lived, but, no- it gets better and better. Do not hesitate for a second to put your loved one here.

my mum was a resident at CS just shy of 4 years. I visited her weekly at least if not more. i feel there could not have been a better assisted living for her. at first mum had objections about assisted living in general. when she had her tour all her objections were addressed. From that beginning point the caring was evident. mum chose CS. so glad she did. I could expound for a long while about how good the food is and what nice grounds and atmosphere and there is something for everyone as far as activities and events. the facility is clean and well maintained etc. etc. all true. but the real clincher for me and mum and the family is this. the staff is just about the best there is. Knowledgeable, friendly and caring and compassionate and fun. They work together as a team. Each associate gives their all to each resident. after a short while mum started referring to CS as home..a big score, a big win. I dont think she could have been more blessed in her last chapter. I highly recommend CS to anyone who wants to place their loved one in caring hands.

In January we moved my mother (96) from another Assisted Living facility which we thought was very good. Now in comparison with her experience at Cornerstone we realize that although the other facility was very good - Cornerstone is great. From the facility (how many assisted living facilities have in apartment backup heat "just in case"); to the nursing (hands on and very sensitive to my mother's needs); to the aides (always visible and offering to help even thought my mother has private aides); activities (she is much more engaged due to the broad nature of the activities at Cornerstone); to the meals. All a great experience.

Amazing staff. They took great care to really get to know our mom and once they discovered that she was a teacher and loved poetry, they added a "Poetry with M." on the recreation calendar where she could teach a class to other residents. She was engaged in a highly meaningful and personally engaging activity.

From the initial visit through their check-out at Cornerstone, the experience was absolutely first class. The staff were caring, empathetic and had a deep local understanding of the community. For long time Milfordians, it was an immediate "home" for them. The quality of the rooms and diversity of activities were far better than anything we visited in making our decision. Without hesitation, Cornerstone would get our top recommendation. It was tremendously comforting to know (especially as a son who does not live locally), that they were in such good hands. p.s...my parents raved about the food also.

My Dad moved into his new apartment home at Cornerstone 4 months ago and could not be happier., which makes the family happy. As Dad keeps telling us, "... they really know what they're doing at Cornerstone; everything is just right, even the food!" What really impresses me is the fact that every one of the wonderful Staff, no matter what their position, is friendly, highly professional, and genuinely caring. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful environment for a parent transitioning to assisted living.

My parents have been life long residents of Milford and recently moved in and out of Cornerstone while their home was made ready for geriatric accommodations. The seven-month stay at Cornerstone was a comforting experience for my parents and their children. The transition into Cornerstone was heartfelt. The entire staff was receptive, friendly and helpful. The facilities are top-notch-- clean, new and maintained. The dining area was easily accessible and accommodating to needs of the residents and guests. My parents loved their stay. While they are enjoying their new home, they have fond memories of the Cornerstone staff and all of the residents.

My family and I could not be more pleased and grateful for the care and attention that my father-in-law is receiving at Cornerstone in Milford. He has been a resident there for the past 4 months. We had visited other communities offering assisted living, but once we visited Cornerstone, all others paled in comparison. The accommodations are beautiful with spectacular attention to details. Ed is on a gluten free diet, and meals are always prepared to meet his needs while being healthy and delicious. According to Ed, everything is top notch and his family couldnt agree more.

My grandparents had an amazing experience here. The staff was great and the aides were spectacular with all the residents including my grandparents. Always activities going on, and food is delicious but healthy! I fully recommend this Assisted Living, definitely the best place for grandparents!

I am just a volunteer at Cornerstone but I can say without hesitation that this is a wonderful place for seniors to live. The staff is compassionate and attentive to the needs of all residents. There are many stimulating programs provided including a variety of educational, musical and fun opportunities for socialization and well-being. If I were fortunate enough to still have my parents, this is where I would love for them to be!

Such a great place! My grandmother was a little nervous about leaving her house, but has really flourished at cornerstone. She made friends instantly and has been taking full advantage of all cornerstone has to offer! And I love being able to see pictures and updates, it helps us stay connected even though we live far away!

My grandmother just moved in a few weeks ago and while back east visiting over the Thanksgiving holiday (I live in Texas) I was able to go visit her and check out her awesome new apartment!
