I spent a month here and it was pretty good. There were four people that were very nice then there were a few that wasn't but I have to say that can belive that at any business. Ryan is the main guy that runs the show there very nice guy easy to talk to and if you have a problem he'll try and solve it. Then Cheryl, who is right under Ryan made me feel very welcome when I got here. then there's four nurses who are very nice and very helpful the other ones are nice also but the four I mentioned go above and beyond to be helpful to the patients needs.

The Nursing staff and the aides were very attentive to my brother and also very comforting and considerate to our Family as my brother was in their care!! A very special shout out to his Nurse, Christele who was there each day caring for my brother! She made him smile and traded jokes and made his time there as comfortable as possible! The compassion and caring staff made this very difficult time for me much more easier to bear.

After posting a review that severely criticized the facility for not warning me that covid was in the facility when i visited a patient, i was contacted immediately by the administrator and the corporate office. Through my conversation with the administrator, that took place on a sunday no less, we determined that my exposure happened just one day before covid was first discovered on the ward. At that time, warnings were posted in the facility and visitors were encouraged to wear masks. Unfortunately,it was just a case of very bad timing.

Why aren't visiting hours posted? I don't see the need to have to call and find out what the visiting hours are - just post them.

My grandmother stayed here and they took the best care of her. She raved about all of the healthcare workers that helped her get home. She also was struggling determining where to go after treatment and the entire team was so patient and kind to her even when she changed her mind multiple times. It was so comforting knowing my Nana was getting taken care of by these wonderful people.

My aunt got rehab here for a knee replacement, and had a great experience. I would highly recommend CareOne Lexington if you or any loved one needs short term rehab

CareOne is a wonderful rehab facility. The admissions and nursing staff are very helpful and friendly. A family member needed short term rehab, and the facility was clean, staff was very responsive and made him feel comfortable during a very difficult and stressful time. I would recommend this facility if you or a loved are in need a short term rehab facility. Thank you CareOne.

Care One is an excellent facility. My grandmother had a broken bone and was sent here for rehab/physical therapy. The staff were so good to her. They really listened to her and were so kind even when she got frustrated. She would call me all the time to rave about the all the staff and how kind they were. The whole team is superb and we are so lucky that my grandmother got to go here. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a loved one that needs some rehab support after a significant injury.

The folks at Care One Lexington are terrific. The entire staff was helpful and caring and provided excellent PT/OT to help my mother recover from her surgery.

My mother in law spent a month at Care One Lexington after breaking her femur at 92 years old. The facility was bright and clean. The staff, especially the therapists, were knowledgeable, caring, and patient. They all helped her to progress to the point where she could go home. Thank you Care One!
