The Enclave has been a blessing for my mother since she arrived. The staff are outstanding—caring and patient, and they check on her regularly. This new stage of life is scary for my mother but they have helped her settle in, make some new friends, and keep active.

My parents were at Enclave in memory care. As my dad's health declined the staff was amazing. They were caring and comforting to my dad and mom. Anytime you needed them they would be there. When my dad was in the hospital they checked on my mom making sure she was ok and had eaten, even sitting with her to talk. I would definitely recommend Enclave's memory care unit.

My mom moved in October 2022. We had looked at several area facilities and she decided Enclave would be her new home. It has been a great choice for her. Their caring staff, delicious food and great variety of activities have made her feel welcomed since day 1!

Excellent place to work would be an understatement. I am so blessed to work with such a great group of people and get to spend everyday with the most wonderful group of residents. I have never worked at a place until Enclave where all of the staff feels like one big family, such a caring and empathetic group of people. Everyone, including the residents always seem to be happy and having fun.

I was looking for an assisted living for my mother who needs extra care. I spoke with Carolyn, who listened to my concerns and happily answered all of my questions. Carolyn did tell me that with the level of care my mother needed, Enclave was not the right fit for her. That easily could have been the end of the discussion, but Carolyn went WAY out of her way to actually HELP me find a place that could accommodate all of my mother's needs! Kudos to Carolyn and I certainly recommend giving the Enclave a fair shake. The building is very nice and the people are even better!! Thank you Carolyn for all of your help!

My aunt has been a resident at The Enclave for 15 months. She had always lived alone, and we knew her adjustment might be a challenge. Yet the way she was greeted and socialized allayed our concerns. The Marketing Director Emily particularly made sure she was doing well those first few days and kept us informed, which was invaluable. Throughout the management and staff made her feel safe and cared for. The care has encompassed both her physical well-being and her social interaction and activities with the other residents (her favorites are bingo and the musicians that are brought in). Particularly impressive is the way The Enclave reacted to the Covid threat. They were among the first to quarantine, well before many other senior residences and medical facilities. The testing and eventually vaccination was handled professionally. Our family felt that my aunt was in the safest place she could be. And, perhaps most impressively, they were able to keep the activities going that my aunt loves -- socially-distanced bingo moved into the hallways; the musicians now performed outside the residents windows. Finally, a shout out to the leadership team -- the Executive Director, Business Manager, Head of Resident Care, Marketing Director, and last but not least, the Dining Director. You and your staff have made my aunt feel that she is happily at her home.

The Enclave of Franklin has gone above and beyond in making life good for my 93 year old aunt. Just befre the pandemic hit, my aunt, who lived alone in upstate NY, had to have a pacemaker inserted. While she was in rehab, we (all the nieces and nephews who live in Mass and Conn) decided to look for assisted living for her, both near us and near her in Rochester NY. On a Saturday in early March 2020, we visited a number of places near us (South of Boston), with the idea that we would go the next week to Rochester to check out options there. Of the places we visited here, the Enclave was by far our first choice becuse of the hominess of the facility and the warmth of the employees. But Rochester was where she wanted to be. A few days later, the world shut down due to Covid! So we made a family decision to see if we could get her into the Enclave asap to have her near us and to ensure her safety. the Enclave went out of its way to facilitate her move from out of state during a state of emergency and to make her feel comfortable even though we couldnt visit her for a while. About a year later, my aunt, who really enjoyed all the activites and efforts that the Enclave staff offered even while in quarantine, fell and broke her arm. As a result to her weakened arm, she could no longer use her walker and needed a wheelchair full time. This meant that she couldnt get to the bathroom on her own, etc. Rather than force her into a nursing home, which the rehab faciity she went to recommended, and which was so expensive and hospital like (not at all homey), the nurses and administrators at Enclave determined a care plan that llowed her to move into the memory care wing at a reasonable monthly cost, where she could get more one on one care and be safe and happy. She loves it there! We highly recommend the Enclave of Franklin for families looking for a warm and caring home where every resident is treated as an individual rather than just another patient! When I can no longer live on my own, I hope to relocate there!

Since the community has transitioned to The Enclave brand, an owner operated property of Bridge Senior Living, I cannot say enough good things about this senior living called home by 81 residents. The people are what makes this place special- and the folks living here truly are wonderful with such strong friendships and connections. The care, associates, management, and building is a fabulous community that takes pride in caring and serving its residents and families. They show love, service and care, and exceed expectations daily for the residents with genuine connections. The team and associates are 2nd to none - and our own residents say it continuously that they make this building a home and they love it here! I would recommend anyone considering senior living, assisted living and memory care to visit and experience personally.

Liked the location as it is near everything. Only problem is lack of 2 bedroom apartments and no closet space for two living in a one bedroom. Not sure my stepdad would make the transition well without more space. Mom would be fine. Lots of activities and very pleasant surroundings. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We just had our mom transferred here. I cannot say enough great things about this place and staff! The entire staff went out of their way -to say way past over and above and beyond ..is not enough...in helping us get our mom there,and with dealing with the horrible rehab place she was in! Extremely helpful and friendly! Every single one! Including any of the residents there also! I have never been in a place like this where people are genuinely happy to be there! A very warm and welcoming community! We are extremely happy our mom has a new home here. Her first day,she was already into the activities and socializing. She loves it! don't hesitate to have your loved one love here,you won't regret it. It's an unbelievable great feeling and peace of mind knowing she's in a fantastic place like this.highly recommended!

My father has been living in Franklin since October of 2016. The people who work at Atria truly do become family. There is on open door approach to my father's wellness. If something isn't working for him or me, it gets addressed immediately. The activities are varied and fun. My father is truly a part of a community that keeps him active and vital. It gives me freedom and peace to know that when I work or travel that my dad is in the best possible place he can be to thrive as a senior citizen.

For the tour we were told that my mom would not be a fit within the community. She was denied after her assessment that they gave her. The tour went good, the staff were professional and friendly.

For the most part it was good for my dad, it was an adjustment for him. The staff are so great, they were very patient with my dad. Everybody is really nice. My dad likes most of the meals that is served. They could use more activities and some for men. It is quiet at times and the residents have said they would like more activities.
