Nurse Gwen in Reflections is awesome! She helped my mom replace her Walker slides. It was tricky because you needed specific tools and the patience to work at it! Great person and nurse!

I would like to share and acknowledge two wonderful servers Lori Ann and Lydia. They welcomed Kathy today to the dining room. They are always smiling, pleasant, and attentive. These two ladies are a treasure. Kathy and I both had the shrimp scampi which was delicious, and we had dessert as well. Kathy had the Maple Walnut ice cream and I had the coconut cream pie. All delicious. Thank you ladies for always making Kathy’s day so special.

We are very impressed with the staff at 5 Corners. In addition to being professional and experienced the staff is upbeat and friendly. My mother Rosemary Fullerton has commented several times how nice everyone on staff is and how much she enjoys being there. That means the world to me. I am editing my review as I messed up and reviewed the wrong place! Yes an epic mistake and my apologies to this wonderful place. this place is a plus five stars. They bent over backwards to help My father. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have top notch care.

I and my family are so blessed to be able to have my mom at The Residence at Five Corners. The staff and the manner they handle the residence is with great respect, kindness and love. The daily activities have always been on point. This has continued during COVID19 with the top priority being to protect the residence. They have managed to not only keep them safe but also in touch with families. As you can image being away from family is difficult with this age group it is so important to maintain that connection. I truly appreciate the management and staff at The Residence and feel blessed to be able to have peace of mind for me and my mom.

I would like to start out by thanking all of the staff at the Residence at Five Corners. They are all so amazing and caring. My Mom has been living there for a number of years in the assisted living. During Covid, the staff has worked extremely hard at keeping their residents healthy and safe. They followed all of the rules and regulations. When anyone was sickened by the virus they would immediately update the Families and their plans to insure their loved ones would be kept safe. As you can imagine during this time it has been extremely hard on us not being able to spend time with my Mom, as well as on my Mom feeling isolated from the outside world. The daily face time calls helped us keep us in touch. Leah Lagor made sure to make that happen and I am so appreciative. Leah is fantastic!!! The staff became my substitute Family to help us and Mom get through Covid. I can not thank them enough!!! Today I get to visit my Mom once a week sitting outside with our masks on. Its still hard on all of us, but we look forward to better times ahead. Linda and Jay Webber

My mom has been living at The Residence in Easton for about 2 1-2 years now and we have been very happy with it. I toured multiple places before deciding on The Residence and found many were old and dated looking. We very much like the flexibility of the all day dining as my mother is not a morning person and most other places have assigned meal times with assigned seating. They have great in-house activities and events and creative ways to keep the residents engaged. The staff is very accessible and responsive and it truly is a welcoming community!

My mother has been here under respite for about a month and a half. I could not be happier with her progress. Since her fall, memory issues have become exacerbated and I, as well as her doctor's, believe that her best care will be in assisted living. [Removed] and his staff have worked with us from the beginning, going out of their way to assist us with some very difficult, and very new problems. As a result of the comfort we feel with the staff and care, we have decided to make it a permanent move. I have visited many of the establishments in the area. No one has been able to offer the same mixture of options and I feel confident in my decision. My mom raves about the meals. It is an event for her to visit the dining room in that it is like visiting a restaurant for every meal. The services offered and entertainment have all been great. I believe my mom will be very happy here which gives me peace of mind.

We absolutely love it here. Every person that works here from the administration to the nurses to the chefs have to be trained some sort of care. The atmosphere is great and very pleasant. They have enough staff with a smaller community so the residents get there proper care. Also the apartment has a lot of features to it.

I liked this community at the time and I wanted my dad to come here. After realizing the geography, it was going to be distant from family. I felt this place no different than other places. I had a short tour and I saw nice staff and a clean facility. It was a good visit.

The location was in my mom's hometown and close to friends. The director is a Veteran and was amazing. The variety of food offered was very good. There were many activities for my mom to partake in. Nothing negative to say about A Place for Mom!
