I have visited my friend many times at the Residence. Staff are very welcoming. The facility seems to be updated and kept in good condition. The care appears to be good. I’m very impressed.

This place is so full of love and special people. My dad has been here almost 5 years and I am so grateful for his care. We recently lost my sister suddenly and I was so worried about my dad’s mental health. In my mind I was panicked and preparing to go rescue my dad and bring him to my home. I spent several days living in his tiny studio helping him to get through the first minutes, hours and days. To be able to see and hear how loved my dad was here was an incredibly healing experience. Residents, nurses, administration, caregivers, housekeepers, food servers all showed up with such love and care. I very quickly realized my dad already was home and the routines of meals with friends, activities and Mexican train games , quiet conversations with others was exactly what my dad needed. On my own I could never replace all this love and care. Mike and his team are the best. I could not recommend this facility more if you are considering placement for a loved one.

Update Dec 2025 just got off the phone with Dad). Here is what he said about the holiday party held last night: "Chef Lauren outdid herself with the food for the event. The displays of appetizers and desserts were amazing. The roast beef was just great! Thanks to all the staff that made this possible. Everyone should be very proud of the job they did. Dad spent his entire career in the food business and understands how hard everyone works." My Dad has lived at The Residence at Five Corners for several years. It was a big change for him but has resulted in him having a high quality of life as he ages. The best parts for him being there: 1. New friends - sadly many of his friends have passed away and having the opportunity to meet new people and stay engaged has made a world of difference. 2. Care - the nurse, aides and all of the staff are so kind and attentive. There are some long time servers on duty in the morning and they always remember his breakfast order. It's the little things that can make a big difference in life. 3. Management - The Executive Director Mike is very responsive and does his best to implement suggestions from family and residents. Chef Lauren is currently working with dad ( a retired restaurant executive) and implementing some of Dad's suggestions which has given him a purpose. The Activities Director, Kayla works hard to provide a varied program. Dad especially enjoys hearing "Bombshell Betty" sing. Janice, the nurse communicates well with family and Dad's outside care team. 4. Clean - The facility is spotless. 5. Welcoming - We are always warmly greeted when we come to visit.

I appreciate ALL of the Five Corners staff! From the warm & welcoming receptionists at the front desk who greet you with a smile and happy hello, to the kind caring aides who take great care of the residents, the fantastic team of nurses who truly work together as a team, the awesome directors of both Residence at Five Corners and Reflections Memory Care who care about the well-being of each and every individual member of this whole community, and the whole kitchen staff who are so kind and joke around with the residents, the recreational staff who plan and participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities with the residents, and the wonderful custodial and cleaning crew! They know every resident and help with any issue that arises, big or small, they are there to be sure things run smoothly. The physical therapist, occupational therapists, and speech staff are the best!! They work with each individual resident on the care plan and get them stronger and back to their baseline again. Together, this whole team truly make Five Corners the best experience for your loved ones! Last but not least, and most importantly, the RESIDENTS who live there are kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, and they all look out for one another. That’s what truly makes it a special community, in my opinion! New friendships are built here. It’s about quality of life with excellent care. I do not have to worry because I know that my loved ones are being well cared for. Whenever I have a question or a concern, I reach out directly to the proper staff member and I hear back in a good response time. They also have a nice variety of live, professional entertainment each month and this brings lots of smiles. My mother lives at The Residence at Five Corners and she is a more spry and happy 93 years old than she was when she moved in 14 months ago! Her quality of life is great and it absolutely warms my heart and eases my worries that has embraced her new family (as she says) with joy and contentment. The staff are great, dedicated to their work, and warm and caring to those who live there. I feel very welcomed when I visit (which is often). Anytime I feel I need to reach out, have questions or a concern, all the staff are responsive and supportive. I feel respected and that they partner with me to ensure my mother’s overall wellbeing. I can’t imagine how different my Mom’s life would have been if she still lived alone in an apartment building. At the Residence, she has her independence and privacy which is what she was afraid she would lose by moving there. She is very active in the activities offered and even teaches a water colors classes. Mom’s world actually got bigger and her quality of life better by living at The Residence. She still see her friends outside the Residence, is active in the Easton Garden Club, and goes to the Easton Y for fitness and friendship. The facility is lovely, clean and the garden and ground beautiful. I simply can’t express how comforted and happy I am that Mom lives at the Residence.

I am a mid 90 year old man who lived at the The Residences at Five Corners for three years. It is a great place to live for many reasons! My family does not have to worry and they are close by. I have made many new friends. There are a lot of activities. I especially like the exercise classes, special events, social hours and musical programs. I also like using the gym equipment in the activities room. I receive excellent help when needed. The aides are all friendly and caring. All I have to do is tell them what I need and it is done. The regular morning staff in the dining room always remember my breakfast order. All I have to say is "give me the usual." All of the staff is welcoming and supportive. They always stop to greet residents. I enjoy being outside as much as possible so the beautiful outdoor grounds are a real bonus. I love how in the spring and summer a small group of residents can sit outside and socialize after dinner. I am outside as much as possible during the day and early evenings. I like the convenience of having so many services on site such as physical therapy, podiatrist, barber, nurse, public library comes, technical assistance appointments are available and transportation to medical appointments is available with advance reservations. Transportation to local stores is scheduled on a regular basis and there are dinners scheduled (with transportation) to local restaurants. I always hoped to live independently for my entire life but now that I am here I realize the benefits of an excellent and clean care facility.

My mom has been at the Residence for a year and a half . She loves her spacious apartment and the beautiful facility and grounds. We find the help very friendly and kind, and she enjoys participating in many of the activities. Over the course of the year there were some concerns about the food service, but she has shared that efforts have been made to improve in this area, which she was appreciative of. Overall, we have been happy with the Residence and I take comfort in knowing she is happy and safe in beautiful surroundings.

My father has lived at the Residence at Five Corners (R5C) for almost three years. He loves his room looking out over the landscaped backyard with sun streaming in every morning. The afternoon often finds him out on the front patio unless he is enjoying entertainment or an activity or it is simply too cold. He participates in almost daily exercise classes and uses the therapy room for additional balance work and riding the bike. It is convenient that he can access physical therapy, primary care and nursing on site when it is needed. He can get a haircut and his nails trimmed without having to go out for these needs. He has made use of transportation services to get to medical appointments at the VA which is conveniently nearby. Moving from a home environment to assisted living is a big transition for families and the staff has been friendly, helpful and responsive. They get to know a resident’s strengths and help them to maintain their independence to the level that works for them individually. For example my dad has a food service background and has had the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions to the food service director. His caregivers and the nursing staff are helpful and thoughtful. He has made really good friends who enrich his days. Running an assisted living is a challenging business and of course everything isn’t always perfect. End of life issues, loss of independence, challenging medical issues are part of the day to day life at R5C. The staff is responsive to residents and their families and we feel that this living situation has been a very positive experience for dad and our family.

The nursing staff at the Residence at Five Corners are great. The aids are always helpful and friendly. They have taken good care of both of my parents. Janice Troiano in particular has been extremely helpful and is always available to answer questions or assist in any way. The facility is very clean and the staff extremely courteous.

My mother had a very positive stay at The Residence at Five Corners. Although she was a little reluctant to join activities at first, she truly enjoyed the opportunity to take part in the arts and crafts activities, musical performances and afternoon socials, morning massages, and Mass. She loved her caregivers, who treated her so well. The nursing staff was always available and offered their expertise whenever she needed it. She loved the spacious rooms, linen tablecloths and napkins, and fresh flowers on each table in the dining room. She made many dear friends during her stay, including some of the caregivers! I am grateful for our experience at Five Corners and would highly recommend it.

It is a great place with a lot of opportunities to keep entertained/active. Its also conveniently located next to restaurants, banks, a post office, a supermarket, an urgent care and a dentist office all within a short drive or even a short walk

The Residence at Five corners is an absolutely amazing senior living facility. I have spent time working in multiple assisted living facilities and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is extremely dedicated to the care of the residents that live there. The nursing staff and care staff go above and beyond for the residents. There is always fun engagement activities in both the memory care and traditional sides of the community. The associates are well trained in working with seniors with an array of medical conditions and have amazing care plans in place to help their residents age in place. I always recommend people check out this community when looking for an assisted living for their loved ones.

Residence at 5 Corners has my heart and devotion. The love and compassion from our associates and our residents is palpable, as soon as you enter the lobby. I've been told this countless times by prospects, vendors, existing families, residents and associates. I never feel like I'm headed to work in the morning, rather going to see my second family.

I had my Mom do a respite stay at the Residence at Five Courners in Easton, Ma after a fall and time at a rehab center. She continued to receive rehab and was well taken care of at Five Courners. We decided to have her move into a very nice one bedroom apartment. She is happy and enjoying her new home. There are many activities, she is well taken care of by the staff and the food is great! I would definitely recommend the Residence at Five Corners.

Knowing that my mother is happy and safe is a huge relief. As she got older, living alone wasn't a good option. She has her favorite furnishings and paintings around her and enjoys having dinner with other friends that live here. The staff is so friendly and personal to each individual and you can really feel the caring and positivity!

I’ve visited many assisted living residences in the area with my Mom, before choosing Residence at 5 corners. It was the place that felt most like home. The facility and grounds are beautiful. The food is delicious and her apartment is clean and spacious. I can’t say enough good things about their wonderful and friendly staff. They are always there to greet you with a smile and help you with anything you may need. Roberto Costa the executive director , made my Mom’s transition to the Residence at 5 Corners as easy and comfortable as could be. I would highly recommend Residence at 5 Corners if your are looking for a new place to call home.

My Mom started at Residence at 5 Corners in respite care after being in rehab due to a fall. She was very hesitant leaving her home and moving into an Assisted Living facility but after she experienced how much the staff cared and how nice the residents were, she decided it was time to leave our childhood home. Her kids are thrilled!

I would like to share and acknowledge two wonderful servers Lori Ann and Lydia. They welcomed Kathy today to the dining room. They are always smiling, pleasant, and attentive. These two ladies are a treasure. Kathy and I both had the shrimp scampi which was delicious, and we had dessert as well. Kathy had the Maple Walnut ice cream and I had the coconut cream pie. All delicious. Thank you ladies for always making Kathy’s day so special.

I and my family are so blessed to be able to have my mom at "The Residence at Five Corners". The staff and the manner they handle the residence is with great respect, kindness and love. The daily activities have always been on point. This has continued during COVID19 with the top priority being to protect the residence. They have managed to not only keep them safe but also in touch with families. As you can image being away from family is difficult with this age group it is so important to maintain that connection. I truly appreciate the management and staff at "The Residence" and feel blessed to be able to have peace of mind for me and my mom.

My mom has been living at The Residence in Easton for about 2 1/2 years now and we have been very happy with it. I toured multiple places before deciding on The Residence and found many were old and dated looking. We very much like the flexibility of the all day dining as my mother is not a morning person and most other places have assigned meal times with assigned seating. They have great in-house activities and events and creative ways to keep the residents engaged. The staff is very accessible and responsive and it truly is a welcoming community!

I would like to start out by thanking all of the staff at the Residence at Five Corners. They are all so amazing and caring. My Mom has been living there for a number of years in the assisted living. During Covid, the staff has worked extremely hard at keeping their residents healthy and safe. They followed all of the rules and regulations. When anyone was sickened by the virus they would immediately update the Families and their plans to insure their loved ones would be kept safe. As you can imagine during this time it has been extremely hard on us not being able to spend time with my Mom, as well as on my Mom feeling isolated from the outside world. The daily face time calls helped us keep us in touch. Leah Lagor made sure to make that happen and I am so appreciative. Leah is fantastic!!! The staff became my substitute Family to help us and Mom get through Covid. I can not thank them enough!!! Today I get to visit my Mom once a week sitting outside with our masks on. It’s still hard on all of us, but we look forward to better times ahead. Linda and Jay Webber
